Called this company for a shower leaking to the garage. Joe De Lao came to check the issue, initiated work to be done without details and estimate. Sent an environmental specialist and rental equipment to non-flooded area for precaution according to him. I went along with the motion since I thought he can be trusted. After two weeks he never showed up nor responded to my calls, I end up calling his office and end up showing with another guy from the office with him the next day. This other guy suggested to cut my loses and cancel the work. But I end up with a bill of $1365 for the asbestos check and equipment rental. I don't think I should be responsible for this invoice since I didn't authorize it or requested for it and the company didn't complete the project after all....

On time , analyzed problem , estimate by the job , little expensive , very professional , fast , clean & mission completed. Great job guys ! Thanks

I talked to Brandon who sent Al over to do the estimate. Al came in look at the work and gave me the estimate. Two weeks later I called them back said I was ready to have the work done. Within two hours Al was back, got the disposal in and running quickly. Very happy with their service - I would recommend them and will use them again if needed

I found Hedrick & Young to be responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time, analyzed the problem, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and proceeded to do a complete and expert repair.

He maxed out the price as a flat rate. No negotiating.

Jason showed up on time and ready to work. He was very informative. He explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He was neat and cleaned after himself. The price i feel was fair. I would use them again. Thank You Home Advisors!!

This was your basic hook up new bathroom faucets and the down under the sink job is back stress, and this guy did get everything perfect and took about 3 hrs for 4 new hookups and the price of $800 makes it about 275 an hour...Kinda high.

Very good service. They instantly called me after using Home Advisor. They were able to come out the same day for estimate and repair my gas line. As far as pricing goes...I'm not sure. Called someone else to come out and give me an estimate...they never showed up or even called to let me know why. So..for me..the person who is eager to earn my business ..gets my business. Took care of my problem and happy with the service

I decided to go with this company due to the multiple positive reviews I saw. Jason was one name I saw from the reviews and I was fortunate enough to have him service by needs. I needed a new water heater. Jason really lived up to his and the company's reputation. He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough, and always provided service with a smile. he took the time to explain what needed to be done, the pros and cons, etc. I had also inquired about a hot tankless system which he also took the time to go over. Overall, I could not be happier with the work that was done. Jason and his partner took the time to inspect my home to ensure everything was in working order before they left. More importantly, they left my garage spotless just like when they first arrived. I would highly recommend Hedrick and Young plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs. I am so thankful to other people have taken the time to share their experiences. As you can imagine, there are so many companies out there. Often times it's just a shot in the dark. Now with online reviews, it takes the guessing game in the choosing. I hope to my review will be helpful to others.
