Fine, no issues.

Great customer service. Very nice people. Honest opinions. We will definitely have them come back out to install our HVAC system, we just have some other house projects we need to have done prior to the A/C unit being put in.

came out on call to give me an estimate on replacement of system found out my system was out and loaded us a temporary portable unit until they could return to install new unit. very professional. Went the extra mile to make sure we had A/CC as temperatures were close to 100. Gave us 3 options for systems that ranged in price from 10,000 to 12,500.

It went smoothly, beautifully and quickly! I had been waiting for 10 days for Gallagher's to do repairs with no success, just me calling them and them telling me that I can only speak with the technician. Since I was getting nowhere with Gallagher's, I called Bob's Air Repair. Their team came within 2 hours. I gave them the information that I was told from Gallagher's regarding what was looking bad, (i.e. the fan motor). Then Jon, from Bob's Air Repair diagnosed a problem which was not even mentioned from the tech from Gallagher's. He stated that a capacitor was bad and that he'd like to replace it first to see if that is all that is wrong with the unit, to avoid unnecessary costs. But the unit was still only blowing warm air so Jon informed me he would need to replace the fan motor as well. It was at this point that I want to stress how much I appreciate Jon. Since I knew a fan motor was on order from Gallagher's and that I did not want to deal with Gallagher's for this, Jon stated that I may want to call them to see if I would be getting charged anything before I cancel an order for a part that I ordered. Gallagher's would NOT even give me an answer to that question, again stating that I had to wait to speak with the tech who came out to my house originally. I told them that was unacceptable to wait any longer and that I am canceling the order. I then gave Jon the OK to install the fan motor that was already in their truck! I also needed a new thermostat installed and I made 2 requests about that. It had to be digital and have a very easy way to change the batteries. Bob's Air Repair had one that matched my standard. Within minutes of all these repairs, I had cool air blowing through the house and it was just in time for the triple digit heat! I've told my neighbors and now I'm telling those on Angie's List, Bob's Air Repair will take care of you!

The work went well and was completed in a timely, professional manner. We were kept apprised of progress throughout the day. We did want the old unit out of attic so an opening was made in the ceiling of the front bedroom. However, the old large unit could not be removed so it is still in attic and we had to pay extra to have ceiling repaired, spackled and repainted. it was an extra expense we wish we could have avoided.

They did a great job. The price was fair and service was excellent.

Found a major problem with system (the part under the house!). They were unable to repair it, therefore, a new system had to be installed. They did give us several options and together we all found the system best suited for the house. It has been working well since! We appreciate what they did as it did save us some money. We would use them again as we feel that they were honest and upfront with us!

Very well -- I'd do it again

Went fine, found motor problem, ordered inducer motor, took a week, came back and installed it. However, the technician tried to sell me a whole new furnace, explaining that my unit, (after I told him it is 11 yrs old when asked), has a useful life of about that much! Post review note: Bob called me about my original review and we had a good discussion about the disconnects. We agreed on an approach forward, and I will use them again. I was too aggressive with my first write up, hence this revision.

They came out the day after I called for an estimate. Their price was 1000 less than another estimate, and they told me what to look for When comparing if I wanted to get another estimate. Finished the whole installation in 1 long day.

It went well. The technicians were Jon and Charlie. They found several unseen problems such as a leaky pipe with rusty water which Charlie repaired. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and very nice people. The new air conditioning works great. It's so nice not to be uncomfortable anymore.radise

Bob's air repair service was there on the same day I called for service and at the time they said. The gentlemen diagnosed the problem right away and gave me the price for the repair and also had the part on their truck. It was fixed within the hour. I was very happy with the services performed. We manage an apartment complex and had a difficult time with a previous vendor that would not stay in touch with us and gave me different stories on the part that they ordered. The part was sometimes on its way and other time it was there and they would tell me they would be out a certain day and would be a no show / no call and never got the heater fixed. Bob's air repair found it right away and replaced the ignitor box and now the heater is working good. I will be using Bob's Air Repair for all our services from now on. Thank you

Bob came by our home and inspected it. He gave us a fair estimate and a date for the work to be done. His staff showed up on the date scheduled a began the work. They had some trouble getting the right coil, but keep in touch with us during the work process. Bob rejected a couple of coils because he did not like the fit or match. The job was completed in a couple of days. We had a slight problem and they took care of immediately. The system is working fine. Bob's Heating and Air did a great job!
