Overall excellent job from start to finish. The friendly no-pressure consultation by Uri made preparation easy as we knew exactly what to expect with his helpful suggestions and preparation for move day. Confirmations from Abby and foreman Martin ensured us that all team members were on the same page. On move day, the crew was on time and ready to work. Martin (the foreman) had excellent communication skills and did a great job leading his team. Lalo, Hugo and Leo worked great together and got the job done on time, on budget, with no issues at all. Moving is always scary for a variety of reasons, especially knowing who to trust your life possessions with. Prodigy made it easy with their exceptional service, quality, and price (which was $500 less than a well known competitor who we used before) The day after the move, Abby called back to see how everything went and what they could improve on. I honestly stopped to think, but couldn't find anything they could improve on which is rare these days. Again, excellent job! Thanks Prodigy!!!!

This is the second time I have used Prodigy, first for an office move in January, now for my house. Both times they have been extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our belongings. They put a lot of care into disassembling furniture and packing everything securely, and both times everything has shown up at the destination in the same condition that it left. Eddie and his crew were great, and moved the full 20 foot truck-full in about 7 hours. I would gladly use them again.

I am somewhat of a pro when it comes to the big move, having had 3 corporate moves across country in 10 years, so I know what it can cost and how stressful lit can be if you do not have the right mover. Let me tell you cost is not always an indicator of quality. Prodigy did an excellent job at a reasonable price! The one rating of 4 was because they were an hour late. To be fair, it was Monday morning in LA and they hit a "Sig" alert but they did not call until they were 45 minutes late. Since I had a long distance to go I was not pleased with the delay. I made it known and they really hustled to make up the time as best they could. The movers were wonderful to work with. I had packed and marked my belongings condo and storage and they came up with a system to pack the items separately for efficient off-loading. When we got to the condo they had to park outside in the parking lot, carry everything through the garage, up the elevator and back down a long corridor. I was amazed at how quickly they made this happen. They placed all my furniture, set up my beds and made sure everything in the storage facility was stacked and protected by covering surfaces of furniture before they put boxes on top. They were very pleasant to deal with and took very good care of my things. We had one mishap when a shelf from a wall unit fell off the truck and split (it was particle board.) I would not have known it was broken if the driver had not been honest with me in letting me know what had happened. I was contacted by Prodigy the next day to see what we could do to fix this. I could not get a new shelf from the manufacture and had one made by a friend for $15.00. Mary at Prodigy's Customer Service kept in contact with me to follow up on my claim and when I told Prodigy it was fixed and not to worry, they sent me a check for $50.00 for my "inconvenience." You can never guarantee that mistakes won't happen but their efforts to fix it and make it right was greatly appreciated as was the integrity and honesty of their employees. I would definitely hire them again.

They were responsive in the pre-planning. My crew of 4 arrived within the window given. The foreman, Marcos was polite and communicative to make sure they were providing what I needed accurately. The price was fair and reasonable and they did not try to surprise me at the end with extra costs as many do. I would recommend them to friends and plan to use them again when I move out of storage.

They were okay..... Nothing broke which was good. But pretty expensive for moving me from one apt to another in same complex! Be sure to get coupon first!

The crew was set to arrive between 8-10 am; they were at our house at 8:15. The entire crew, led by Ricardo, were professional, SUPER FAST, friendly, and very careful with our things. They disassembled furniture and wrapped everything very well with moving blankets and plastic. At the new house, they reassembled everything that had needed taking apart. They moved our dressers with our clothes still in them (I had taken out the heavier items but left most everything else). It was great to know where our pajamas were that night! We even had an elliptical machine that was transported without taking it apart, but wouldn't fit in the room we wanted it to go due to a tight turn down a narrow hall. They took it apart for us and reassembled it in the room. At the end, Ricardo went room by room and made sure I was completely happy with the placement of everything, and the crew cheerfully rearranged furniture as many times as I needed them to. The lady on the phone that made our reservation had initially estimated the job would take 8-9 hours, but Ricardo and his crew finished in 6 1/2 hours! That turned out to be the only thing about our move that came in under budget! I highly recommend Prodigy, and have already referred two of my friends to them.

They arrived on time, wrapped the TV, boxed the loose items, and transported the goods without any damage. They worked quickly but carefully.

It turned out good. They were fast, efficient, on time. Nothing was damaged. It cost a little more than I was expecting but there was some extra cost.

They were great! They were on time, quick workers, everything was handled with care. The only downside is that they were pretty expensive, however I would definitely recommend them to someone who is looking for a solid and reliable moving company.

It went well. They were very professional. There were other ones that were cheaper, but they were good. The only complaint from me is that it would of been nice for an estimate up front and they didn't let us on the truck. It ended up taking an extra hour that we had to pay for. It would of been better to prepare for that extra hour. We did have friend there that were willing to help, but they said for liability purposes we were not able to get into the truck. That is the first time I have ever heard of that.

Doing business with Prodigy was an uncommonly pleasant experience. I called up the toll free number, described what was needed, was given several pricing options, and an email confirmation was sent immediately. I selected $675 for the first 1000 lbs plus .39 for anything over. (my load was within the 1000 lb limit so there were no overage charges.) I was called ahead of the scheduled pickup and delivery times for confirmation, the trucks were on time at each location, the movers were courteous and professional, all my items made it from point a to point b without damage. It could not have been any better. No criticism at all of this company.. I would recommend them to anyone moving within California.

The crew of three movers showed up promptly at 8:00 am on Saturday and by 5:00 pm, we had moved a packed 26' trailer into our new home 40 miles away. The guys treated everything like it was their own. They were polite and worked exceptionally hard to get the job done. I recommend the company completely! It was the best move I've ever experienced bar none.

The movers did an excellent job and made our move easy and seamless. They were fast, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They were also very careful with our belongings, which we greatly appreciate. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Joshua and Leonardo called me 30 minutes before the actual scheduled time to let me know they were on their way. The arrived early and were ready to go. I didn't have a lot for the to move but they were super careful with everything. Joshua explained everything that was or was not included and how the charges were applied. Both of them were efficient and very professional. This has been my best moving experience and I would definitely use Prodigy Moving again. Great job guys and thanks so much.

I was told to expect the moving crew between 8-10am and they gave me a call when they were within 20 minutes and arrived on time as scheduled. Once they got inside they got right to it wrapping everything up so fast and not just fast but were doing a quality job of it too. Considering they had to go up and down stairs I was amazed at how quickly they packed up the truck to head over to my new house. Ezequiel and his crew were very courteous and professional. There wasn't a second wasted. If you're looking for a moving company that does a quality job you've got to choose these guys.

Moving has become a very difficult and expensive proposition and a small move has no appeal to the movers it appears. I went through Angie's List and saw some questionable reviews, but did it too late. I had already made arrangements. When making calls, the movers in my area are all almost the same price and same minimum. Often there was an attempt to 'sell' a third man to the team. They met me at the facility but since their truck was unmarked I didn't know they were there. To their credit, they were on time, yet without any identifying information I had no idea. I found out they were there when I called the company to ask where they were. The two men told me the owner had to rent a truck for the job when I asked why the truck didn't have any id. The truck appeared to be from Enterprise Truck Rental. There was no lift gate, which meant the job takes longer in addition to the ongoing potential of harm to the workers and my items. They did not have shirts identifying them either. From the 9:00 a.m. start time we did not start until 9:45 a.m. I had to make sure the billing began at that time. I had a 10 x 10 size unit, not filled to the rim. The heaviest item was a treadmill. There were 2 wing chairs and two other chairs, all ones I could lift and move. There was a dresser, a hutch, a side table, an empty safe, boxes of books and family memorabilia. The gentlemen did not know how to pack the truck and so much time was spent rearranging the truck. It took over two hours just to load the truck. Because the truck was unmarked and too tall, it would not fit in the Public Storage enclosure. There was street parking which was metered. What resulted was one person needed to be out watching for traffic, which meant it was hard to supervise the men and watch for the meter maid. I paid for the meter once a space opened up. They did not have money for the meter. The storage place was less than 2 miles from my home. I had the gentlemen follow me so they would not get lost. They unloaded the truck and placed things into the easily accessed from the street garage. I had the feeling we were on very different agendas. I wanted to do this in the minimum amount of time, and did not understand how it had been done prior in under 3 hours when we moved it over and put it in storage, yet now it was approaching 4 hours with the danger of going into 5. How do I remember all this 2 1/2 years later? I made notes on my smart phone fully intending to write a review.

The Prodigy Movers just left my house and they were fantastic! Their rates for small moves (I only needed furniture moved around the house from downstairs to upstairs) are not cragslist cheap, but their service and the speed at which they provide it is fantastic. We were given a six hour window for arrival, they came at the very beginning of the window and had everything I needed done in a quarter of the time it would have taken anyone else. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, it went great! I am quite satisfied with my service. I had an extremely positive experience with Prodigy Moving. I worked with them in the past (about ten years ago) and I was very happy to work with them again for this move. They came on time, worked very quickly, and even went above and beyond when the opportunity provided itself. The lead mover was very patient, answered all of my questions, and was very careful with items that I was being very particular about. I plan to work with Prodigy again for any future moves that I might take.
