Joshua, Mauricio and Edgar were courteous and right on time. The process and progress was steady and very professional. Aside from one minor miscommunication on the movement of an item, everything else went well. The job came well within time and budget expectations. Would use again and recommend.

It went very well. Movers were very polite and courteous. They accommodated for our additional asks. Did not damage any furniture or my old/new home.

I priced out and contacted a few different highly rated moving companies before deciding on Prodigy. When I called them Valerie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and was the reason that I decided to hire Prodigy for my move. The move went very smoothly, Ben and his team were all very hard working, careful and professional. My new home is 2-story and I didn't see any scratches or marks on the walls or stairs indicating damage. They shrink wrapped majority of my furniture for the move and were able to fit almost all of my belongings into their truck. I miscalculated how much stuff I truly had by not taking into account all my outdoor furniture and bikes, tools & other misc things that I stored in my garage so I had to prioritize some items with them to fit on the truck and then move some of the easier ones myself. I used the 5% off coupon from Angie's list which allowed me to pay by credit card at the discounted rate you would otherwise only get by paying cash. All in all, I was very pleased with them and would definitely recommend them.

The move went smoothly... 4 guys, and finished in 8 hours. the pricing was very good, and they did a good job wrapping and moving stuff. Nothing broke and they even moved few things to couple other locations

This company and crew were outstanding. The packing up was seamless and professional. They took their time making sure things were well handled but also worked non stop not wasting a minute and valued my time. They had to wait a bit before they could start after we had a packing morning emergency but were understanding and gracious. Moving day was easy and the guys worked hard...they stacked boxes in a nice way that didn't feel overwhelming and always asked if everything was in the right room. They unpacked wardrobe and took away those huge boxes as well as any other boxes we were done with. They never slacked off. Very nice, courteous and respectful.

Prodigy showed up on time and moved all our furniture and boxes (approximately 40 boxes) quickly and efficiently without any damage at all. Some furniture items are close to 100 years old with their original finish and not a scratch or nick to be found anywhere. It was the most professional moving experience I've ever encountered and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I thought they were very considerate with my items. They were quick but they were very careful. They gave me a really good price for what the work they did.

Martin and his crew were everything you'd want. Great service. Very careful with our stuff. Didn't break/damage anything on the way out or into the new place. Worked smartly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with this company.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great. I would give them an "A" across the board for everything. I did not pay anything extra other than the big deal. They sent a crew of three guys and their truck, and they packed and loaded the truck and moved the stuff for us. What they did was they took $50 off the total bill, so it was basically a $30 discount. They moved a three-bedroom house for us.

From the very start Prodigy provided excellent service. They were incredibly responsive to my inquiries and the quote they gave me was very comprehensive and clear. The people I spoke with over the phone were also really friendly. When it was time to move, the guys that showed up were professional and courteous and they worked incredibly hard. They wasted no time getting started and didn't stop until the job was done eight hours later. They went above and beyond and offered to place rugs and even repair our bed risers which had been broken for months. Overall the experience was excellent and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service. Veronica was wonderful to work with setting up the move (I had one date set and had to change to another date much sooner). That was not a problem at all. The 3 movers were terrific; very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

We have moved several times in our lives, and Prodigy is among the best. The Estimate was prompt, with good tips best way to spend our time pre-packing and moving to save money. The crew that arrived was prompt, and professional. Each person was introduced to me, the crew chief was very pleasant and always smiling. The house was well packed, and the boxes well marked. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic -- normally we see one or the other, not both. They really did a great job protecting the good furniture and the old junky stuff we wonder why we will have. They also made a point to note any scratches to me directly before they packed. Obviously in their interest, but very good professionalism and attention to detail. The next day the move went very smooth. A larger crew came, loaded and moved very quickly. Our new house was freshly painted and we were very concerned about damage. One small scuff is all I saw, easily cleaned. They also noted the previous movers had used the wrong bolts on our headboard (causing a hole in the wall at the old rental I am sure will have to pay for). They explained they would prefer not to attach it because it will either damage the wall (yep!) or the mattress. I happily agreed and can solve with a quick trip to DIY center. I highly recommend them.

Cant recommend them enough. Every single person I interacted with was professional and courteous. They were right on time, worked very hard and were very pleasant and cheerful. All of my furniture arrived safely with the exception of a paper light shade but I wasn't too concerned about it. Very honest and I would definitely use this company again for moving services.

They showed up on time. The main contact, Marcus, was very friendly and professional. His team was careful with our belongings - nothing was damaged during the move. They were efficient, and the cost was very reasonable, especially with the deal from Angie's List.

Overall the move went very well. The crew worked very quickly and handled all my items with care. I would use them again if needed.

Prodigy Moving & Storage was very good. I love their attitude and the guys working was great. They were just really good guys, I really like working with them because it's a long day and moving is a real stressful thing and they had a real positive attitude. I kind of felt like they charge you for material as you go on like the racks that they use, I just felt like they might have over charged me. Overall, I was very happy and they came in at the price that I expected, it was what I budgeted for so whether or not the materials was a little expensive, I don't know because it was still what I budgeted for. Overall, I was very happy with the whole job.

The move went really well. This is the second time we used this company - they moved us out of our old apartment and moved 1/2 our stuff into storage and 1/2 to the new house in June. Both times they were easy to schedule, prompt to show up the day of the move, very efficient in loading / unloading the truck, careful with our belongings and easy to communicate with. They did a great job wrapping up hard to move items and disassembling large furniture, and it was magically how easily they got the couch moved (it was a major ordeal to get it into the apartment when we first bought it). The price was very reasonable and the 3 man crew made quick work of the job. The first move (large 2 bedroom apartment split between the house and a storage facility) took just under 8 hours. And the move of our stuff from storage to the new house took just under 3 hours.

I had gotten several estimates and Prodigy's was slightly more competitive than some of the others. That and their stellar reviews on Angie's list prompted me to give them a try. This was our first experience with a moving company and it couldn't have gone better. A group of 4 movers showed up on time with a 26' foot truck and got right to work moving the furniture and boxes from our upstairs condo unit to the truck. All the guys were very professional and careful with our stuff and somehow they managed to fit all of it in only 1 truck load, barely. I can happily say that everything made it to our new house with zero damage and the guys were even careful placing the furniture on our recently refinished hardwood floors to avoid damage. All in all it was a pleasant first experience with a moving company and I'd certainly use them again. The discount they offered for Angie's list members didn't hurt either.

This is my first time using Angie's List and it was for a move. After researching moving companies on the website I decided to go with Prodigy. Most of the companies were asking anywhere from $115-$170 an hour for 3 guys. Prodigy quoted me a price of $135 an hour but here is the difference. They offered 4 guys for the move. Just seemed to make more sense in having an extra mover for basically the same price. Plus, they were the only moving company that I called that ended up sending a representative out to do a visual inspection on what needed to be done. I was moving to an area that has very narrow streets and was concerned about the truck fitting and being able to park. The company also inspected the new house and told me that it wouldn't be a problem and they were right. Ileya was the one who did the inspection and quoted me a maximum price of $1600 and said that it could be cheaper if the move went quickly. And it did. My house move with Prodigy went perfectly. The guys showed up on time and worked very hard. I was impressed with the care that they took in packaging my furniture and other valuables. All furniture was wrapped with furni pads and shrink wrap and had no damage to anything. The foreman of the group was Martin and he was very thorough with directing the crew and running the operation. The crew was able to do the move in less than the allotted time which gave me final bill of $1400. I tipped each guy $40 and bought them lunch. In the end I would use Prodigy again as well as to ask for Martin to lead the crew.

They arrived on time, was a little slow loading finished the move in 7 hours. Damaged one spot on wall. They agreed to pay for repairs. You can't ask for more than that.

The process of moving all your belongings from one household to another is never fun. Hiring Prodigy proved to make the transition easier. They were polite and took their time to move the items with care and professionalism.

It went very well. Nothing broken. Very quick and efficient work and very friendly movers. I would recommend. The company will charge for boxes if you need them on the day so be well stocked in advance.
