I used this company a few years ago and it went great so I decided to choose them again based on my prior experience I had with them. To say it went great would be a understatement. Again from my first contact with the sales representative Abby It was a pleasure in the way she went through all additional costs and fee very thoroughly. So to have no surprises. So we scheduled the day and time for them to arrive. On the day of the move Ezequiel, Jose, and Ricardo showed up promptly at 8am they had me take them through a walk through if my home and asked for any specifics that might not just be run of the mill. I have to say that even with the least experience I was even more impressed with the professionalism that the crew leader was showing . So he went over the contract and all signatures with me making me completely aware of exactly what I was signing. The efficiency of the crew was amazing I could not believe hiw the moved Would I use them again yes again and again. Thank you again for the great job.

If your are moving between LA and San Fran, these folks should be your 1ST Choice. Their customer rep, Abbey, responded to all our very specific questions at light speed, and while they were not the lowest quote received, their response and clarity to our questions thru Abbey made our choice clear. One Suggestion to speed up your move: Pack your own stuff in boxes, numbered them, and have it clearly laid out for them when they get in. The big items like furniture, they will plastic wrap and blanket wrap. They were on time to pick up, and on time to deliver. Best moving experience to date & unfortunately, due to work - we have moved a lot: NYC, LA, Overseas, Boston, Baltimore, etc.

We were preparing our home for sale, and decided to move many of our larger pieces of furniture to a storage unit we rented. I contacted Prodigy and spoke with Abby. She explained all the basics of the moving process, pricing and even advised on purchasing plastic wrapping on my own rather than paying extra for it. That kind of immediate and helpful service is always appreciated. It seemed like a good sign of things to come. When the day of the move arrived Carlos and his team arrived right on time. I showed them the pieces we needed moved. Carlos explained the process in detail and very clearly, as well as the costs involved. Carlos and his team went right to work. They were efficient and quick. But they were also careful with our stuff, making sure to ease the furniture through doorways and down stairs with extra care. Soon, the truck was loaded and ready to go. I met them at the storage unit and got it open for them. Carlos and his team didn?t waste any time. They started unloading the truck and putting the furniture into the storage unit. But going beyond that, the saw the boxes and small furniture that my wife and I already had moved. They moved some of these boxes and other smaller items to obtain more room in the unit! They didn?t need to do this, all the large items would have fit fine, but Carlos and his team went the extra mile and did that for me. After all the items were placed in storage (with additional room to spare thanks to their help), Carlos went over everything again to make sure I was satisfied with the process. I told him he and his team did a great job and I was really pleased. I paid them for their time and the whole process was completed in only a few hours. Amazing! A couple days later Abby called me back to follow up on the experience. I?ve never had a moving company do this before. I told her Carlos and his team were excellent and I was really pleased. I ended the conversation telling her that when our next move occurs I will definitely use Prodigy.

They did a very good job. They came and pick everything up. They were very professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend them. They explained thing ahead of time.

They were very slow with packing and unpacking the truck. I was moving faster than they were when trying to help move. When we got our things from storage to our new house the happened to damage our wood floors. They lost the pieces to our bed and I had to go to the hardware store to buy parts to fix the bed. They spent over half an hour looking for the parts they lost and never found them and they still had the nerve to charge me for that time. At the end of service they are suppose to give you a survey to fill out and they refused to let me fill it out. I ended up contacting their office to complain and they said they were sorry and they would refund my money for the half hour and for the parts I ended up buying to fix my bed. They never did end up refunding my money. I would never recommend using this company ever again to anyone.

The moving agency wasn’t in the area. The fee would be 3times the normal rate. It wasn’t practical for the type of move I needed. They were very responsive and explained everything to me. They also gave me suggestions of other movers to call.

They worked quickly and efficiently and with the time left over help assemble a dresser from IKEA. The company was great to work with.

They were good. They came according to my convenience and they came on time. They lost of couple of chairs and I filed a credit and they did give me back 40$.

They were pretty professional. They were nice guys. They took care of my things and made sure nothing was damage or broken. All the boxes that I had when I was done unpacking; they came and picked all of that. I just kept the pile of boxes then they hauled them all away for free...that was pretty cool.

Move went great. The guys moved everything in just under six hours with the double travel time included, so actually took 5 hours to physicially move stuff. They were very careful with fragile items and wrapped up and boxed items like televisions to ensure a safe transport. Unlike other moves some of my friends went through with other movers, we had no broken items. I would use them again!

Move was great, 4 movers showed up at my house right on time and worked very hard to make sure the move went as smoothly as possible. They were professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

The team was absolutely wonderful! I have never seen movers work so fast and so efficiently! Pedro, Juan (1), and Hugo did a fantastic job! Serene (Spelling?) was also terrific. They covered all the furniture with protective blankets and plastic wrap, disassembled the bed from the headboard, put the clothing into wardrobes and packed up miscellaneous items and had everything in the truck ready to go in one hour! They were extremely professional and careful with everything. Before they started, I told them that one of the legs to the dresser was broken, so please be careful with it. They took a look and fixed it for me; they said the screw just needed to be tightened! They were equally careful and quick unloading and reassembling everything when we got to the new apartment. The whole move was extremely painless and hassle free. I would most certainly recommend them and I would definitely use them again the next time I move.

Abby originally took my phone call about the move, provided all of the information I would need and reassured me that everything would be fine. My crew met me at my storage unit at 8:15am (set time was for 8-9am on that day). Ezekiel took charge and he and his crew had the 10X10' unit unpacked and placed in the 26' truck in a little more than an hour. A major feat! He and his crew were very careful and quick. They wrapped some artwork for me to insure their safe move. When we arrived at my home which was about two miles away, Ezekiel listened to my requests for having the items arranged so that I could have access to them and still be able to open the doors of the cabinets that were built along the walls of the garage. With very few changes, the items were lined up in rows with walking space between them and it was perfect. It was as if Ezekiel had read my mind! I was overjoyed about the success of the entire operation. I have been moved many many times over the years, including one very stressful move across the country to NYC. This was by far he most ENJOYABLE and relaxing move that I have ever had. I am very pleased that Prodigy took such care with the possessions that make up the balance of my very full life. Prodigy Moving & Storage couldn't be better. This is an amazing company. This is the third time I have used Prodigy in just a few months. The first experience was with a full move, which included storage over a few days, the second was moving my father across town, and this third was a move of a few pieces of furniture from a friend's apartment to my home. The customer service is top notch, making a sales call when it is necessary in order to estimate the move, and having a helpful staff that can explain every detail of the move as well as the cost. There are no surprises. In two of the moves I've done, I asked for a scheduling in just a few days, and they were able to fit me in. Not only is the crew prompt, but they call to let you know that they are on their way. The crew takes the time to assess the move and then gets down to business. They are not just efficient, they extremely careful and respectful of your things. As well, they are friendly and a pleasure to work with. One of the "extras" that I noticed is that when the crew notices that a piece of furniture needs a small repair, they make the repair. I'm not talking about carpentry, but gluing a loose piece of wood, realigning a drawer, tightening screws. Also, they will not only move furniture around the room as you instruct, but when asked, the crew offers insightful suggestions as to placement. I wholeheartedly recommend Prodigy Moving & Storage.

The guys, Cesar, Jose, and Isopilito did a great job. They arrived on time and worked hard. They were very efficient and did not stop for a break until everything was packed and unloaded. It took them 1.5 hrs to pack the 800 sq foot space and about 1.5 hrs to unload it into our new house. There were a few scratches on the legs of our tables, but no broken items. They disassembled and reassembled any large bulky furniture. We would choose them again if we move again!

Our move went GREAT! Our first contact was with Abby, who made me feel very comfortable. On moving day Jesus , Onael and Leo showed up precisely on time. They were very professional, very careful, and fast, all while being extremely pleasant. Our move went very smoothly and took less time than I had anticipated. I would definitely use their services again and will not hesitate to recommend them.

I have low expectations when it comes to movers. I've used movers two other times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best experience I've had. Abby arranged the move over the phone. She was very professional. Carlos, Ricardo, Fernando, and Julio were our assigned movers. I was nervous when they showed up as they seemed so young. But they took really good care of all of my belongings. I had really bad luck as it unexpectedly rained on moving day. When we got to my new home, I told the guys that I was nervous about tracking dirt and mud inside. They laid down cloth pathways on all of the fours. Two of the guys put on booties and stayed inside. The other two delivered all of the items from the truck to the front door and then handed them off to the "inside" guys. They did not track one spot of mud inside. Also, they did not brake one item and were positive and enthusiastic throughout the move. I highly recommend Prodigy and these four movers based on this experience.

These guys were great! I didn't think we had that much stuff, but decided to go with the four guy crew anyway because the sales person said it would be faster. My wife and I had done most of the packing, except for big items,etc. The movers were very fast and efficient and wrapped all of our furniture in padded blankets. The men who came to do the move were friendly, fast, and very hard working. They exceeded my expectations, and If we move in the future, I will definitely be using them again!!!

Awesome!! I called on a short notice to move our 2 bedroom apartment and I am glad we chose Prodigy Moving. These guys really took a lot of pressure off for me.! The crew lead by Martin was efficient and fast . It took under 5 hours!! The movers were smiling and never complained... they were able to help me pack some items I wasn't able to get to in time.. their price is very reasonable and there were no surprises at all. Booking process is easy - they dont take deposit and they make sure to explain you everything ( like extra charges for double drive time and some packing supplies) . Last time I moved with a different company and it took a lot longer... Tanks again Martin and the crew ! You really made our move date smooth and less stressful!!

I filled out a quote request about a week ago, around 2pm and received a phone call almost immediately- which I really liked! I was asked thorough questions about my move, such as the square footage of my current place, where I was moving from and to, when I wanted to move and whether I needed help packing. I felt that the rep, Veronica, was very knowledgable and answered my many questions. She went over what was included and what would be extra with the rate and the availability. She sent me everything we spoke about via email and after speaking with a few other moving companies, I felt that Prodigy was the most reasonable with the price and availability and scheduled to move this past Wednesday, January 7th in the afternoon. Like Veronica said, I was given an hour's notice within the agreed upon arrival window and met with their crew! I had three movers, with Marcos being the lead person. He went over the contract before they started and went right to work. The crew made me feel so comfortable and stress-free! They took disassembled my bed frame, wrapped my mattress and other pieces in shrink wrap, carefully bringing everything down the stairs and into their truck- they were very efficient!!! They followed my car to my new apartment and unloaded everything quickly, one of the movers was reassembling my furniture, while the others were bringing all of my boxes and other pieces inside. My entire move was finished in about three and a half hours- Not bad at all! I paid at the end. I never used a moving service before and Prodigy really made me regret only trying now! I will definitely be referring my friends and family!! What a great experience (:

I would not use them again. I still have a claim to file with them. They came and packed everything as well in the 2 bedroomed house. They broke things and packed breakables in light padding boxes, and the day of packing, they weren't just the friendliest group of people to have in our home. I signed a contract to not exceed the price, and they kept coming in the whole day saying they needed more packing material, and more trucks. I told them I had signed a contract with an agreed price. 4 people came out to do the work, and it took them 8 hours to pack and took them 7 hours to move.

The movers were polite, professional, and took good care of my things. They were conscious that they were on the clock and worked very fast. I had a second bedroom that I used as a storage room that was a nightmare to move. They tackled the job with determination, efficiency and a good attitude. I had plenty of communication with the team leader. He would ask questions with any of my items that needed special attention to make sure the packing and moving was done correctly. All the guys were very nice.

They were punctual and did a good job. They were responsive and provided the landlord with the proper insurance certificate required. I used them twice, once within Los Angeles and once from my storage unit in San Diego to my Los Angeles office. It's a good company.

Wow -- great movers!! I thought -- how can a moving company get 5 stars? Moving is so horrible. But, wow, customer service is clearly a priority. The guy who came out and gave us the quote was fantastic. The moving team was phenomenal. It was led by Marcus was great. they were fast, and so kind. We kept changing our minds about things and they were so patient about everything. They did an excellent job. They were so careful with everything, too. HIGHLY recommend. Also, they were recommended to us by a friend who had a different team and her experience was identical to ours.
