Description of Work: sometime in late 3/13 Mr. Sepe fully cleaned out and replaced a part in the A/C which cost about $330.He warned me that there is a possiblilty that it may need another replacement later. Between 3/13 and 8/13 he came out to replace another part because the A/C was not working which cost another $300+. On 10/8/13 the A/C was not working at all. He told me that the motor was dead. Since the A/C,a Rheim was only 7-8 yrs old, Mr Sepe spoke to the manufacture who agreed to replace the unit with a new one at a reduced price of $3,995.00 to which I agreed. As it stands now the unit functions quite well except when the tempeture goes over 95-100 degrees where it automatically shuts down for an 2 or more and if I don't turn off the thermostat the motor makes a constant loud noise as if is straining it self and also the air does not cool that well into my son's bedroom at all times. In June of this year, one of Mr. Sepe's workers came out to correct part of the problem. The air flows better into that bedroom but the A/C will sill stop cooling on very hot days between hours of 2-5pm. There was no charge for this last visit

Description of Work: We consulted with Joe concerning our air handler at our primary residence and he also replaced the condenser at our rental house. We really liked Joe as he was honest, and made us feel very comfortable with his explanation of the problem with the air handler. We had two other opinions and Joe took the time to look into the situation with the main company and give us a thorough explanation. We then realized that one of the other supposedly reputable companies was gouging us.

Description of Work: This morning, Saturday, 12/10/11, I awoke to a cold house. No heat. Since my wife and I will be leaving on vacation, tomorrow, I called Joe Sepe Heating and Air Conditioning (I have used this company before), and left a message, to determine whether the problem could be fixed today. Joe called right back and said he would have a service tech come to repair my heating in an hour. Joe, himself, came within an hour. He throughly evaluated the system and determined that the ignitor was the problem.. He replaced the ignitor and determined that the heating system was working properly. I enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone requiring heating or air conditioning service.
