Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Joe Sepe services. The first time for AC preventive service and this time for heater preventive service. Both times the technician did an outstanding job. Professional, prompt and quick. I would highly recommend this service to other members.

Description of Work: The Technician came, checked our AC unit and mentioned that he needs to replace my Fan and Capacitor, it would cost me around 450$, So we said we will think about it, then we got an second opinion the technician said only capacitor is not working, it cost me only 100$ to fix my A/C.

Description of Work: Troubleshooting and added freon. Older unit is leaking, so conferred with them on options. Will bring them back as needed to add more freon or bid on replacement. Very helpful - took a lot of time to talk to me and evaluate the unit.

Description of Work: called many contractors for remodeling project. Called 3 HVAC contractors- received bids and Joe Sepe was neither the highest nor lowest bid but I liked his information and knowledge. I told him all the other things I was doing (paint, counters, wood floor upstairs, stone downstairs, 3 bathroom remodels) and he explained it would be better to wait till I was finished because of all the dust that would be kicked up.I called Sepe at the end of June. Left message, no return call, thought maybe he was on early vacation for 4th of July weekend. I called again after the holiday, left message, no return call. I called the following week - same thing. A week later- I called and this time he answered, explained who I was and said I had left a few messages - no excuses, no apologies- he hemmed and hawed and said when he did the bid it was cool weather and now its the busy season for him. I was confused - i hadnt locked him into a specific day and time. He then said he would review the bid (I read him all the details) and he said he would call the following week. I called about 9 days later, left message asking him to be considerate enough to leave me a message or text if he wasnt going to honor his bid, if he was too busy, etc. That was last week. He is knowledgeable and informative but inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Had to replace my 24 year old air/heating unit. The two men who did the work were extremely neat, clean, and professional. I would use Joe Sepe Heating again. I appreciated that they were patient with my many (!!) questions and explained everything to me in laymen terms.
