We called CC on Monday to fix our backed-up drains. CC came out and was initially going to charge us to run a camera and run the snake through the drain. Upon arrival, they were professional and felt trustworthy. CC then ran the snake declared that it was our septic that needed to be pumped and they could not run the camera. We had our septic pump the next day which did not alleviate the issue. We then called them to come back out to find the issues since their first suggestion was not accurate and we incurred another debt of 400 dollars because of a lack of knowledge (septic was fine and did not need to be pumped). They stated they would be out the next day Weds we text to remind them of the apt at 12 CC responded by saying they would be out after their job. At 2 pm another text was sent to see when they would be responding to the residence. At 3 they confirmed they would not be able to make it back out and could come the next day between 7:30-8. Thurs morning came when they were supposed to show, no text no phone call no show. As of 1 pm, we still have not heard from CC. Called out another Plumber who fixed the issue in less than 30 min. Long story short, hope they fix it the first time since CC cannot keep arrangements, or return to the residence to help. We were left without a toilet for almost a week because of broken promises and no communication. Call at your own risk and beware they are nice guys, however, they cannot seem to keep their word or complete a job correctly.

All communications were very timely, from the moment I posted the request on Home Advisor; they even expedited installation for next day so that my tenant wasn’t without hot water for longer than absolutely necessary; fully documented the install with photos and provided a final invoice once the job was complete. Would definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

As soon as i posted it within 5 minutes Al called. Very cordial and friendly they worked quickly and were finished And will return when it is ready for reinstalling the new faucet.

I work during the week so I appreciate that he was able to come on a Saturday. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed the issue with the water leak under the sink. I would definitely hire him again for any other plumbing issues.
