I originally put in all new kitchen and bath cabinets (from another cabinet company which turned out to be a really bad company) and had bad chipping and finish problems in my cabinets that were only 2 years old. The original cabinet company had cut corners and not finished them correctly... so anything near moisture would lose the clear coat, exposing bare wood. So I needed someone who was willing to step in and help by repairing the areas that were deteriorating. I knew that most cabinet shops would probably shy away from fixing another shops mistakes. They would rather do a complete, clean job from start to finish. I called several cabinet guys that I found on Angie's list and, Mike answered my call the first evening. He was willing to come look and see what I needed and try to help. I could tell he felt sorry for me and my predicament. My cabinetry was new but the losers who did the original job were not accountable for their work. After looking over my kitchen and bathroom pretty carefully, he suggested a plan to rectify the situation. He then called in a couple days (as he said he would) and gave me a quote that was most reasonable. I run a small service business myself and I could tell Mike was just trying to help me in my situation, and make another satisfied customer. He did not try to turn it into a huge project. He said he would line everything up over the next few weeks so he could come in and get it done fast once he had everything lined up. He came and did the job on the planned day. He doesn't waste too much time trying to impress with words, but he's good at listening to the customer's needs. He does most of his work himself. He clearly knows cabinetry and has been doing it a long time.

Mike Sims was very prompt at returning my call and making an appointment. Mike arrived on time for our appointment and brought a catalog and photo album showcasing his work. Mike took some measurements and told me he would send me a quote. I received the quote in the time frame promised and decided to go with Mike. The job took about 5 days once work began. Mike was very efficient and detailed in his work. The cabinet that he designed worked out very well. The only problem was one of a lack of communication sometimes. I felt that Mike did not volunteer enough information about what would take place the next day and when he would be starting work. I asked but sometimes felt that Mike resented the query. He could be a bit short in his responses.

Extremely well. Mike was prompt with his initial estimates and worked with me to select the right combination of design, materials and cost to fit my needs and my budget. Mike was always on time during performance of the work, was extremely clean and conscious of keeping my home free of debris and mess. Great professionalism, quality results.

Extremely well. Everything matches beautifully. No one can tell where the "old" kitchen ends and the new one begins. Mike is extremely neat. He's also committed to keeping things on schedule and he communicates thoroughly. Great experience. Would recommend highly.

The project went better than expected. Mike Sime, the owner, was meticulous about his work, super clean, very responsive and reliable. He provided us a schedule to help us understand each step of the process and how things would flow which helped a lot. It doesn't hurt the he's very pleasant and nice to talk to.

Mike takes pride in his work and the quality is excellent. He cleaned up the work area every day before he left, returned phone calls, arrived when he said he would, and finished the job promptly. The cabinets look great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

THE OWNER IS THE ONLY WORKER. HE WAS HERE ON TIME AND WAS POLITE AND VERY DEDICATED AND REASONABLY PRICED.
