Terrible.

He and his crew did a beautiful job!. They worked hard and efficently.They spread the job over several days in 2 to 3 hour shifts, which was great, less intrusive to the neigbors. I now have a beatufil lush lawn, the greenest on the block.

He was very nice, worked efficiently, and the work turned out very well.

The work went very well. He had a lower price than other contractors performing similar work. Martin was very easy to reach on his cell phone. On the first day he was finishing another job and got very delayed so that he started a few hours late. He was very apologetic and basically said he was delayed because he was working with another customer that asked for additional work and he wanted to accommodate her. Knowing Martin now, this does not surprise me as he is very accommodating and helpful. He and his crew worked later that day and got everything accomplished for that day. The next couple of days work went very well and everything went in nicely. Beyond the initial landscaping job, I asked for the removal of a raised, brick and mortar planter box on my patio and he finished the entire job with no delay even with this extra work. After the job was completed, he had heard me stating that I had a large amount of items that I wanted to take the landfill and would need to rent a truck. He left me his trailer and said he would pick it up in a couple of days, take it to Gaudalupe for me and just bill me the landfill fee. Very nice of him to do this! He did it as he promised and right on time. During the entire job he was friendly and very casual but a hard worker and he really knows what he's doing. He gave me plenty of information on maintaining the lawn and sprinkler system. Beyond that, he showed me how to add on my existing sprinkler system for my front yard and, if I had trouble, offered to come hook it up for me at no charge.

He is prompt. He gave us the best price. He was easy to work with. He came back and fixed something that wasn't his fault.

We had a great experience with Martin. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He and his team completed the job in 3 days. We are very pleased with the work he did and will consider him again for future projects.

They did fabulous work have been using this guy for about five years. I have no complaints. He comes every week without me calling and does all the landscaping needed. I gave him a $15.00 raise without him asking because he does such a good job.
