I really liked the installer, Nate, who tackled a tough installation and handled it perfectly. After installing a complex new flue / exhaust duct -- he even fixed the wrong exhaust pipe, at no extra charge and no complaint, that roofers had put on last year when I had a new roof put on. Nate did great work, everything was tidy and professional. It was not cheap, but having a careful worker who cares like Nate makes it worthwhile.

Marc, the service technician from The Water Heater Co., was great. Explained everything very well, was professional, on time, cleaned up everything and accomplished all that was needed. Good experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

This Company doesn?t care about its customers. On a Thursday my tankless water heater was leaking and I called this company to fix it. The next day the technician said to replace some major parts totaling $1900. (I later discovered a new heater would be $2000) They would have the parts shipped to my house then I could call and get another appointment to have them installed adding DAYS to our dilemma. I went and got the parts myself and called for an appointment. Luckily, they were able to come Saturday. After replacing the parts he discovered another leak and couldn?t get the part until Monday. 5 days without hot water but they didn?t seem to care. But he wanted to be PAID IN FULL! I argued that you didn?t fix the heater yet and he said it was company policy. He called Scotty, a supervisor, and I told him that I would pay when it was fixed. Scotty insisted on being paid in full because they did what they were hired to do - I said You were HIRED to fix it, do I have hot water? No.

Very good experience. They know their stuff, respond quickly, and don't gouge you like some other companies do. Highly recommend.

Our technician Leo was fantasitc - friendly, knowledeable and fast. Truly an expert, he was quick to connect with the manufacturer and identified a few issues from the original installation from another company that were not up to code. He provided an estimate on the spot and had all the tools and parts necessary to complete the job. I highly recommend this company and Leo.

My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. I highly recommend anybody looking for a tankless or tank water heater contact the Water Heater Company, and if youâ re lucky enough, Tanner will be your technician.

My interaction with The Water Heater Company was a refreshing experience of a well run company. From the initial contact to the final hand shake of the service technician, all were professional, pleasant, and customer centered. From the moment I set up the appointment to address my water heater dilemma, the company was always in contact with me via text and email. I received a reminder of the appointment, the time window to expect the technician, and even an update when circumstances delayed his arrival. When he was on his way, I received a text with his picture and expected arrival time. Regarding Marc W., the service technician. What a professional, polite, thorough, and efficient young man. After assessing my water heater problem, he showed me what had to be done, explained why it had to be done, and the cost to have it done. He often asked if I had any questions as he delineated the procedure, giving intelligent and experiential answers to my queries. I would do business with this company again. What a blessing to experience this level of care and professionalism.

The service was terrific. Mitchell came on Sunday to replace my water heater and then came back the next day, his day off, to install a new water treatment system. He did a great job and left everything clean and neat.

The Water Heater Company, â The Company With A Heartâ My 100 gallon hot water heater broke on Sunday evening. I immediately got on line and started looking. The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism.

First, the customer service agent who who took my call at 8:30 in the evening was very helpful and was able to get service call scheduled for the next day! Next, our technician Zak, was amazing! He was on time, very thorough, and was able to show us exactly what the problem was with our old unit while answering all of our questions. He found a replacement unit, had it delivered by an associate, and completed the installation all in about 6 hours. Again, this was on a Saturday so we truly appreciate that the problem was resolved and hot water restored to our home! Finally, they were able to offer a senior discount and an additional discount for paying by check or cash! I would definitely recommend their services for this type of repair anytime!!!

My current 10-year 7-month-old water heater from Bradford White developed some issues with the control panel. The cost of repairing the control panel versus a new water heater was a no-brainer. We opted for a new water heater and the service we received from Sam R, a technician for the Water Heater Company was outstanding. He is so meticulous in getting everything done correctly. He kept the work area clean and kept me well-informed on what needed to be done as he worked. I would highly recommend this company. I included the images of the old unit in the process of being removed and the finished project.

I called the Water Heater Company (who I have used in the past, and had a great experience) when I discovered my water heater was leaking. Of course, this happened on a Saturday night! I thought it was a long shot, but called them first thing Sunday morning. Lo and behold, someone answered! Anna was kind and patient and told me she could have a service technician out to the house the next morning. I was thrilled. The technician (Mitchell) texted me half an hour before his arrival, to let me know he was on his way. Mitchell performed a full inspection and explained what needed to be done. We replaced the water heater the same day. I was stunned at the level of service and how professional and efficient this company was. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them.
