We are so happy we selected the Water Heater Company to replace our leaking water heater. Although we received a few lower quotes from other companies, we opted to go with the company that specialized in Water Heaters. We were right to do so! Customer Service was great - from the first phone call through the end of the job. When our Technician Scotty arrived, he patiently and succinctly explained everything to us clearly, answering questions, underscoring safety features, and ensuring we understood exactly what was going to be done (and why) prior to our giving the final thumbs up to move forward. Scotty was impressive and did a terrific job! He was pleasant, highly knowledgeable, confident, patient and highly professional. He replaced our water heater with one that is made in the U.S.A. (YAY!) and made certain to bring everything up to code. (We've had to replace our water heaters twice in the past and they were apparently not up to code.) Scotty made everything look much nicer too! Thank you, Scotty. You are awesome! Paperwork, including photos, were sent to us digitally. I was amazed that the paperwork included before & after photos as well as a Home Analysis. WOW! I absolutely recommend the Water Heater Company. They were perfect!

I initially called another highly rated plumber listed on Angi (in addition to issues with water heater, I had a kitchen sink faucet to install and clogged drain). When the plumber arrived, he looked things over and said they get an estimate to me later in the day (they had no intention of performing any work during this visit even though I had asked when making the appointment). A few hours later I received my estimate which included a replacement water heater when no diagnostics had been done on the my unit . . . absolutely none (plumber literally looked at it and that was it). I started looking for another company and came across The Water Heater Company (also had great reviews), but I still reached out to a friend of mine to ask if she had a company to refer (she is would let anyone pull the wool over her eyes) and she told me she used The Water Heater Company. That was all I needed to hear and immediately called. I spoke with an associate by the name of Billy and he could not have been any nicer and was very knowledgeable. Billy took the time to ask specific questions and had me flip breaker switches so that he had have some basic diagnostics to include in the service call. Kevin was the tech who came out and again, I cannot be complementary enough. He was nice, knowledgeable and explained everything after he did a thorough diagnostic. Long story short, the issue was the power coming into the unit, but he didn't stop there. He investigated the issue further and found there had been a "fire/explosion" of sorts where the wiring was connected to the top of unit. He removed the damaged wiring and reconnected the water heater and it's working beautifully! Kevin gave me a full cost breakdown of a new unit just in case I run into another issue (my unit is about 6 years old). Absolutely Fabulous! Great service and very reasonable priced. We replaced an old 14-year Noritz tankless with a new Noritz tankless and this company is top notch. From the folks answering the phones (Nicole) to the on-site technicians (Evan was great), we received 100% fantastic, reliable, and fast service. Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically. We also received texts and emails reminding us of the appointments and techs pending arrivals. 5 stars all around!!

Prompt, efficient, great job. Our installer was Tony G and he was great. After determining that the water heater could not be fixed, Tony G explained the process, gave us a quote and did the replacement, code upgrades etc. Tony G what a nice, friendly guy!

Installer Tony G. (5 stars). Very competent; very complete. At every step he explained what he was doing and why. Answered all of my questions. Company itself stands by its service (both the install and the water heater itself). All ancillary equipment replaced and up to the latest codes. Our sixteen year old water heater was leaking gas. My husband called The Water Heater Company who quoted for exactly what repairs were needed. The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!

On August 21 I requested descaling tankless water heater from this company. Two very professional guys Gonzo and Kevin did the job. Beside being experts in their field they have great sense of humor. Mr.Gonzo patiently answered my questions , so I think he could be a great teacher. The price is reasonable. So, I will call them next year.

Needless to say, when major home components need replacing who can you trust to do the job correctly at a fair price... The answer for water heaters is these guys, I can't rave enough about the job they did without gouging me. The technicians, Kevin and Gonzo were extremely professional and are clearly at the top of their game, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future or refer anyone in need of this service. The Water Heater Company was able to replace our broken tankless heater within 36 hours of me initially contacting them. Our old tankless heater installed by the previous owner was violating code, so they made sure that the new heater was all done properly. Dale was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to do the initial estimate, and then did the install as well. I cannot recommend him enough. He got the job done completely and professionally without any issues.
