When you are getting ready to move, people say, "moving is never fun." Let me tell you, it might not be "fun," but with Carlos and his team, it was EASY. This was the most pleasant experience in moving I've ever had. Professional, efficient, and transparent in pricing and process, I truly couldn't be happier. There was a small change in pricing after the job was done as it took them a little longer than was quoted, and honestly, I was expecting it because it was fair, and we had more items than we thought. Everything arrived in our new home undamaged and earlier than we had initially expected. I got quotes from about ten different companies, and even with this small price change, they still were one of the more affordable options. Thank you, Carlos! If I'm ever able to use your service again, I will not hesitate at all. I will be recommending you to anyone moving out of the Bay Area.

I hired Carlos’s company to move my STAIRMASTER from my parents home to my new apartment. Carlos and his team pulled up earlier then their scheduled time and waited patiently for me even after I was late. Carlos was super friendly and even moved other furniture out of the way (and put it back after) to get to my BIG GIANT STAIRMASTER of almost 500 lbs. Their team systematically and carefully moved my stairmaster which was not an easy task. They were super friendly and courteous. I was super anxious and worried about any damage, but Carlos kept me calm and told me it’s going to be all alright. Getting it into my apartment on 3rd floor was no easy task but they did it.. The toughest was getting it through my front door, but they even managed to get it through that. They even helped me figure out the best place to put it in my small apartment. They were the best and Carlos has definitely become my favourite go-to-guy if I ever need help with moving. I definitely recommend him to all. Carlos even fixed my shower head for free. The kindest gesture was when he was teaching my son how to fix the shower head along the way. A humble, kind and honest man, I recommend him to everyone who needs help with moving. Last but not least, Carlos beat everyone’s price (and I had called about 9 moving companies before I chose him). I hope people take this review into account when they are looking for a moving company. It doesn’t get better then this.

It went past my expectations!! Carlos, Edgar and Alonso were very professional friendly helpful and most of all caring. Edgar even found my ring that I lost months ago and thought was gone forever and that ring meant alot to me. They worked very hard and delingently throughout the day. Nothing was damaged and everything was done with kindness. Carlos has an excellent crew and I highly recommend them!

Carlos & his team are the most amazing crew you’d ever want to handle your entire material life! We had them for two days, one for 8 hrs of packing and the other (a week later) for the actual move which took all of us about 12 hrs since our new home was 2 1/2 hrs away. Let me tell you this was done on one of the hottest days ever. It was 108 degrees at 9:00 pm. Carlos, Edgar & Alonso are so professional yet the most down to earth, compassionate & friendly individuals. Please hire them over & over again. I promise you you won’t regret it!!! Was great experience in stressful time of moving and new home purchase. Carlos and his crew, Edgar &Alonso, were amazing! HARD workers, happy, helpful and meticulously careful with my stuff. And still super fast. Very professional and still personable. They made my stressful time very enjoyable and I couldn’t imagine anyone but them to do my home move. I highly recommend them!

I have been in customer service for 30 years as taking care of people is a passion of mine. Carlos was not the only person I spoke to as I received multiple estimates but in the end he won me over and to be honest... he had me from the initial contact. When I sent the request through Angie's list he contacted me almost immediately, I was unable to answer the phone that evening so he called me again the following morning. Both calls were very courteous and did not have that pesky sales feel. He asked many questions to make sure he had as much knowledge as possible to allow for an accurate estimate and explained in detail how they would safely move our belongings. I accepted and we scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment they arrived a little early which is something I appreciate. Carlos and the 2 gentlemen he brought were extremely friendly, thoughtful and adhered to COVID guidelines. For me, service is all about under promise and over deliver. One of the items that needed to be moved was a very heavy queen bed with wood head boards and built in drawers. This needed to be taken apart and reassembled at the new house. Before taking it apart I showed Carlos that the wood was broken in one spot so he was aware before taking it apart and also, I wanted his opinion on the best way to fix it. An hour or so into moving everything out, Carlos took me outside to talk to me about the bed. He had already glued and secured it himself. I did have to reassemble the bed myself at the new house in order to allow the adhesive a chance to set but I was totally fine with that. I reassembled it the next day and it is perfect. I highly recommend Carlos and team, you will not be disappointed!

These services were provided in July 2020 and I meant to post this review at that time, so I must not have finished the process then. So based on what I am about to type, I plan on contacting Carlos this week for another job. The biggest selling point for me in hiring Bay Area's Best Relocation Services is the service I received before I even said yes. Carlos contacted me immediately after receiving a request for a bid. I was not able to answer the call and he contacted me again the following morning to follow up and make sure I received his message. The contacts were very service-oriented, not salesmany which I really appreciate, especially considering every job I've had for 30 years has been sales and service-oriented. Carlos and his team were amazing. I was given an arrival window and they arrived slightly earlier than expected. I very much appreciated that as often this is not the case and folks often arrive in the middle or towards the end of the window. Not only did they handle all our items with care, but they were also mindful of our homes and making sure nothing was damaged. In addition, we had a substantial wood bedframe that was broken. I informed Carlos about it before they started taking it apart. He took it upon himself to bond the broken pieces and it is now better than ever. They were on time, the initial estimate was 4 hrs, but due to the stairs and walking from my apt to truck took them 6 hrs to complete the job, but they were professionals, there was no damages to the items during the move, I would recommend them and hire them for my next move.

Took incredible care to move my belongings including some fragile antiques that were my grandmothers. “We’ll move it as if we were moving our own grandmothers furniture” so nice!! Bay Areas Best Relocation Services (and with Carlos as the lead), did an excellent job of getting the contents of a 3500 square foot house + storage in a 2 car garage from Burlingame to Roseville without any breakage!!! The crew was professional, polite to us and to each other, and they worked their butts off over 2 full days of moving prep, loading, and unloading. On day 1, Carlos and a co-worker spent most of the day wrapping furniture in plastic, shifting most furniture to a staging area, and wrapping framed pictures and mirrors, etc. On day 2, a crew of 4 arrived before 8 a.m., loaded all of the boxes on to 2 trucks (we had packed almost all of the boxes by ourselves with some supplies provided by the company—we purchased additional needed boxes from Home Depot). The crew helped with packing up quite a few additional boxes with odd shapes and sizes (e.g., sewing machine). The trucks were packed by 3:30 p.m. (7-1/2 hours with only a break for lunch that we provided). The trucks arrived in Roseville at 6:15 p.m., and for the next 5 hours these guys again hustled unloading everything. They did an excellent job of moving everything we owned to our new home. Note: We ultimately paid $700 more than the estimated cost, but the final price was still far lower than any other company we contacted. When we saw how much they accomplished in the 2 days, it was money well spent. We would highly recommend their services for your moving needs.

Excellent work! Their communication before the move date was great and let me know what to expect. They showed up on time and worked really fast. They went the extra mile when one of my beds needed to be disassembled and then reassembled.

Not only were they an excellent service through and through, but they are great to work with; courteous, friendly and incredibly accommodating. I rank them among some of the very best I have worked with over my many years. A+
