Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's Deal for an AC check-up. The appointment was scheduled within a short time and the technician was on time. He was very thorough and even attached my dryer vent hose to prevent it from blowing lint onto the AC vent. Others had tried to attach the hose but were unsuccessful. He even changed my filter while he was checking the vent. I had him install a quick starter to help reduce the drain on the outlet when the AC unit starts. He was very professional, neat and efficient.

Description of Work: He checked air conditioner. Everything was good. However, he did recommend replacing the Kick Start for $150.00. I did not replace the Kick Start, which causes the light to flash every time the AC starts up. Probably should have.

Description of Work: I called my go-to AC people - GC Heating & Cooling on Thursday, 9/10/15, as my AC wasn't working. I made an appointment for the following day (Friday)and purchased the coupon on Angie's List (Thursday). However, my son was able to fix the AC on Thursday, 9/10, so I didn't need GC Heating & Cooling to come out on Friday. I called GC Heating & Cooling Friday morning to cancel the appointment. They are so professional and nice. I will always use them whenever I have an AC or heating issue.
