Description of Work: GC Heating and Cooling performed a furnace inspection as per an Angie's coupon deal. A potential problem was uncovered that I subsequently hired the provider to fix. Both service calls were professionally performed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: They were very responsive and fixed our heater. Our heater is very old and we explained we could not purchase a new one. They figured out what the problem was and found the part. I would use them again for service.

Description of Work: They came to the house and did a diagnostic check-up of my heating and air conditioning system...a sort of "tune up' as part of a regular maintenance program. They helped me obtain a new air filter for the furnace, and identified areas to watch out for at the next maintenance session.

Description of Work: Don't remember date or exact cost. However this contractor said I had a gas leak from a part that was now obsolete. Therefore he completely turned off my gas and said the whole AC/Heating unit required replacement for thousands of dollars that I could not afford. He called me for days after that to see if I changed my mind. The So Cal Gas Co came out and detected no gas leak whatsoever. The part/hose did not need to be replaced but part was available on the truck! The pilot was lit and the heater worked perfectly! I thought he was really thoughtful to care about my safety but this type of dishonesty is deceiving and not acceptable!
