Description of Work: I had the provider check my furnace and get a second opinion on its condition. The technician confirmed what I had been told previously, that the unit and duct work needed to be replaced. Their quote was much less than the other provider and the price included replacing my condenser/AC. | I scheduled G&H for the installation. They were on-time, professional and completed the work siober than the sales rep had told me, which was a nice surprise. | The sales rep was honest, upfront and very fair quoting a price. The time between getting the quote and the installation was less than a week, which was great considering it was winter and very cold in the house without a working heater. And they allowed me to make non-interest installment payments on a portion of my bill which helped financially.

Description of Work: The tech arrived at the appointed time. He quickly discovered that my pilot was out. He got that going and proceeded to do the annual maintenance. He did try to up sell to a new unit which I am not interested in at this time. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC and I would hire them again next year to do my annual maintenance.
