It seemed to be okay. There was a part that we have to get so it's a little more expensive but not grossly. They didn't take any extra time and everything has worked out well since then.

Everyone was very nice. It took most of the day but they got the job done. We're happy with the outcome.

I called to set up an appointment for an installation of new Heating/Cooling system for our home. Technician never showed up for the event and never called to reschedule.

The service man was prompt, wasted no time, and seemed very professional.

We called the company and they gave us a prompt response. Also he told us it would be good to add a thermostat upstairs.

Our unit was fine but the technician recommended we have larger vents installed in our house. He said the vents, where the filters go, are too small for the power of AC unit and should be larger to prevent undo strain on the AC unit over the long haul.

They showed up on time and performed the inspection. They gave me feedback about what they found and everything was performed in a reasonable amount of time.

Overall it went well, but for what I bought and what I spent was totally different. I came to find out that I had a compressor that was dead and acting up, so it actually cost me about $2,000. I assumed when they replaced the compressor they did the tune-up and everything else, but otherwise it went well. I had to have them back and we did extra work.We actually had some zoning done because of the house and the way it was situated. It wasn't done 100% and I had to have them come back, but everything is fine now. They were great. They answered their calls and they come out on time. I had a feeling that something bigger was wrong with the A/C anyway, so it wasn't that it was a total surprise. When he came out I explained what I thought it was and it was something like that.

Technician (Juan) seemed to be very thorough. He recommended replacement of a couple parts and gave me an estimate. He explained what the parts do and why they should be replaced. Initially we had a problem with scheduling the appointment but it was resolved.

Making appointment was easy and someone was out the next day. Technician called to tell me exactly when he would arrive, was very pleasant and finished quickly.

called with suggestion for additional service ($300) Had a different AC guy show up and told me it was a $7 part. GC heating did not respond to my calls back and did not even tighten all the nuts and bolts back on the AC unit. Last I heard from him.

There were no problems. They were polite, professional, and did what they needed to do.

I called the phone number on the invice I received from Angie's list multiple times (at least 6) over a period of approximately 3 weeks. Each time except the last, my call wnet to voicemeial, and I left a detailed message saying that I was calling to schedule the service I had purchased through Angie's list, and name and my cellphone number. None of these messages were returned. The last time I called, I spoke with a gentleman who told me that the scheduler was out to lunch (it was about 1:30 PM), and would be back in about an hour. I explained to him why I was calling, and the problems I had experienced with prior messages not being returned. He took my name and cell number and assured me she would call me back as soon as she got back. I never received a call. I have now scheduled an inspection service with my regular service company, at a significantly higher cost.

They did fine. The air conditioner seems to be a working a lot better than it did last year. I would use them again in the future.

Friendly but professional service man. Explained exactly what he was doing when I asked and explained his findings and recommendations but wasn't pushy. I was glad I called this company.

The workman was punctual and friendly. He did his job quickly and efficiently. As a result of his work, my air conditioning system works well. If the company has the same sort of deal for furnaces, I will rehire them to check my furnace in a few months.

I bought the coupon through Angies list and forgot to call and schedule an appointment so the company actually called me to remind me which I really appreciated. We made an appointment and the technicion showed up promptly, did a complete check up of our air conditioner and any tune up that was needed. Very polite and professional, would call again.

It was very good. They didn't throw in a bunch of prices. He was very good, he came out, did fine and left. I was really happy with that guy. No pressure sale usually they try to get you in cheap and then try to charge you for everything in the world. This guy was very good, very honest and I would use him again.

no problems other than they didn't have my filter but returned the next day with the filter.
