I purchased an Angies List deal for a "20 point AC inspection and Tune Up". The service man came and looked at my AC unit outside the house, and then asked to look at the air compressor inside the attic. After about?10 minutes, he told me the AC unit is too old for a tune up and just should be changed. He quoted me $3900 for a new AC. He did not do any of the 20 point tune up as promised in the deal! He simply gave me an estimate for a new unit and then left. I called their office and asked the girl how much do you charge for giving an estimate on installing a new unit? She said, we give free estimates and there is no charge for that visit. I then?explained to her that I had paid?$59 for a tune up that ended up being an estimate for a new unit, and I asked if I could get my $59 refunded, since no tune up was done.?? She said she'll discuss it with the owner and call me back that day.??I NEVER got a phone call back to discuss this.? Basically, they charged me $59 for giving me an estimate on a new AC unit, Which they usually do for FREE!!

It was great. Guy came right when he said he would. Checked everything and even recommended different air gaskets so to help the airflow better - all without trying to upsell me. Great experience

Arrived on time, installer was courteous & professional. He was efficient and clean with his work. Completed inspection of the HVAC System and the installation of the Wi-Fi thermostat, gave a tutorial explaining the operation & programming of the unit.

Everything was fine, to the extent of the job. Mine is old, so there’s only so much anyone can do, but I was satisfied.

Service professional was punctual, polite and didn't try to up sell us on any other services. We're definitely use them again.

It went well. the technician was on time. Actually early. Very professional. He found a few issues that he fixed and was in and out. Sometimes when you get these deals, they come in say something is wrong and then charge you and arm and a leg. That wasn't the case and I am very pleased! Would highly recommend.

He ran diagnostics to make sure the furnace worked well. Then he cleaned and replaced the filter, His visit was very reassuring, because he was very honest and didn't try to sell me any parts or service I didn't need.

I ordered the furnace service through an Angie's List deal and when I called I also asked about the air conditioner service. My air conditioning unit sits on my roof and although their website said that they charged extra for that, they did not. The gentleman that came out was punctual and worked quickly and efficiently.

It worked out pretty good. They were pretty quick in responding. They were quick, helpful and worked with us to set up the time. Overall, we were happy with them.

I had a Big Deal. They were out a few days after I called them. It worked out fine. They came over, evaluated my problems, and were able to accurately figure out what the issue was. They availability was good. The staff was nice, easy going, and down to earth.They clearly explained what was going on. I appreciated the fact that they replaced the filter for free. It was the manager that made the call. That was a nice little touch. The bid for the problem as a bit on the high end. I did not end up going with them to service the problem.

They were excellent and very timely. Since I am knowledgeable regarding the furnace, I watched him do and I felt he knows what he was doing. He was very good and I am very happy with him.

It worked out. I ended up asking them to do some other things, so they did charge me extra. They had to fix my heating unit.

.They pulled all of the components of the existing system out with a minimum of inconvenience. They covered all spacing where there was a chance of any mess accumulating, and loaded the components in their truck and hauled them away. The entire job was scheduled to take 2 or at the outside 3 work days. They completed the job in 2 days. They were very professional and accomodating in their work ethic and answering any questions or concerns. Their owner, Gustavo, was a pleasure to deal with and was at our home to inspect our job both days and was there in inspect the finished job and to answer any further questions.

It was good. It was positive. The technician came on time. He was explained everything, he did a good job and there was no sort of up selling or anything like that.

The owner, Gustavo, was very easy to deal with and provided an excellent price for the American Standard A/C & Heater, plus the removal of the asbestos lined ducts. The job was completed in 2 days, with the first day to remove the asbestos lined ducts, and the 2nd day to install new A/C and Heater, and new ducts, grills, and a WIFI thermostat. The job was completed with very good quality and on schedule, and his workers cleaned up after their work. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they performed for a very reasonable price compared to a couple other quotes I got.
