James and I talked on the phone and negotiated a time that would work best for both of us. James and associate arrived on-time and I identified the 3 rooms needing cleaning at the Angie's Deal Price of $97.00. We discussed the location of a convenient faucet outlet, how recently the area had been vacuumed, and the best way to accommodate the moving of furniture. They began the cleaning and mid-way James asked me about previous carpet cleaning experiences I had. In our discussion he explained there was a significant amount of soap residue from previous cleanings and how it increased the collection of dirt in my carpet. We also discussed the value of applying a Protector afterwards but he did not pressure me into purchasing that service. He spent extra time removing the soap residue, utilized electric fans to hasten the drying and, at my decision, added the protector for an additional $65.00. In all James and associate were there over 2 hours and the carpet was excellently cleaned and moderately dry when they left. Upon leaving, James stated he would return and address any dirt spots if they reappeared, but as of a week later, my carpet still looks perfectly cleaned. (Note: previous cleaners had left my carpet much damper. and spots began returning soon after they left!) In all James and associate were professional, pleasant, thorough, informative and successful in cleaning my carpets, and I will plan on using his services again in the future.

I called and left a message and I recieved a callback the same day. I scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. I recieved an explanation of the work needed and the cost. The work was completed on time. This is the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. The cleaning and sealing of the tiles, and counter tops was excellent. I could actually see a difference in the carpet, tile, and granite. I will use Dazzle again.

I called himt, and he came right away--the same day that I called. He had the stains removed in about an hour. He said that if the stains came back, to just call him again and he'd come back out. He gave me advice about how to address spills and what type of vacuum was good, because I'd also had trouble with my vacuum.

We were very impressed with them. They took a lot of care in doing it. They did not rush. They were very conscientious of not disrupting our lives too much. They explained everything. We had some add-on, and they explained what they were going to do and how much. We would hire them again. The add-on was very fair because they took out their tape measure, measured it per square feet, and gave us the price per square feet. Then, they let us decide if we wanted to do it or not, so, we did not feel like we were being eye-balled. He did not bait and switch at all. They answered our request right away. They set a date and time, and they came. He had one assistant that comes with him. They were very polite. He told us how long it would take and how long would it take to dry. He did not do a big sales job afterwards. He just gave me his card and a list of what they do like reconditioning stones. We might have them come back after Christmas and do our granite countertop. Their price was very fair. We would also recommend them. He also told us that if we find anything that is not up to our specifications that he would come back and do it again for free.

Arrived on time,, explained what was included in the service and how his company was better than the others. He was right. His cleaning was beautiful ( I have two dogs) and the carpet has stayed clean with no residue coming to the surface. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards.

Jim Reese did an outstanding job. He arrived on time and was very professional I have never before had my white carpet and stairs so clean and will definitely use him in the future. I have already referred him to several family members and friends. He also spent extra time making sure the carpet and stairs were spotless. Great Job

James returned my call promptly to schedule service and called the night before to remind me of the appointment. They arrived on time and were polite and professional, explaining the pre-treating process and expectations for stain removal and drying time. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and typically felt dissatisfied, with lots of add-on charges and oversaturated carpets. That was definately not my experience with Dazzle. I plan on using them regularly and recommending them to friends. I would highly recommend them.

The work was meticulous. The carpet dried much more quickly than with previous cleaners.

They showed up on time and really worked h****** cleaning my carpeting and upholstery. The guys that did the work were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend them, and I will use their services in the near future to clean my carpeting upstairs.

They did the best carpet-cleaning job I have ever had. The carpets are extremely clean and they were polite, efficient, and willing to move light pieces of furniture.

The owner called the night before, as well as when the crew was on their way. They were on time, did a measurement and final quote before starting, and worked very efficiently, but thorough. They cleaned up very well, and nothing was left behind, except a nice fresh spell. I will definitely call them again in the future, especially to clean my whole house when needed.

I hired Dazzle Stone & Fiber Care to clean our family room area rug. We have a dog that had peed on it a couple times and then when we pet-sit for a friend's dog, we discovered it had been spotted all over and it really smelled bad. After trying unsucessfully to clean the spots ourselves, we decided to hire it done. When you turned our run over, there were yellow spots all over it, it was disgusting! When I called to book our cleaning, James got back to me right away. He and his team were punctual and professional. I was amazed at the care and time they took to clean our rug. It is a huge rug and they flipped it over to treat each spot and showed me when they were down with the bottom side that it was pristine white again! Then they cleaned the top. I've had carpets cleaned before, but never to the extent and perfection that James and his team did for our rug. I was almost ready to throw it out, but I'm so happy I didn't, it is clean and pee-free, yeah! James and his team were so wonderful, they moved all the furniture for me and put it back when they were done, they were friendly and a pleasure to have at the house.

Excellent experience. The team was timely, courteous & professional. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the carpet was practically dry when they left.

Carpet is on it's second cleaning since installation in March 2011. Previous cleaning included carpet protector as well. When contacted, an appointment was made for the following week. Called to before arrival and arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Performed service as promised but "special" did not include carpet protector. Paid extra for carpet protector, loft, two hallways and stairs ($300). In my opinion the extra work was a little higher than I expect but I agreed to the extra cost. Carpet was cleaned to my exceptions. The only concern I have is regarding the invoice BUT the owner contact about my concerns and clarified all charges.

Our family moved into a family owned home some time ago. We knew the carpets were worn and we looked into replacing the carpet. Unfortunately, I was laid off and we could no longer look at buying new carpet as an option. After some research we came along Dazzle Cleaning and Restoration. I met with James for a quote and what he said "We guarantee you get the most thorough cleaning ever seen or it's FREE! At that point what did we have to lose? James and his coworker arrived right on time, and started right away. They did a walk through (sort of speak) and got right down to business. I was concerned with the smell of chemicals because of our sensitive family needs as well as our dogs. James assured me there is no harmful chemicals to people or pets. He was right. The air smelled so fresh and clean we didn't think the carpets would look any different from when they started. To our amazement, our carpets looked brand new. We could NOT believe it. We were so happy with these results I just joined Angieslist to write about my experience. I fully recommend this company and have no doubt you will to. It went spectacular! We bought our home in 2000 when the California market was still reasonable, and as time went on we upgraded several things in the house including the flooring. We had tile installed in our kitchen, a bathroom and our family room. We had new carpet installed in the rest of the house with the exception of two bedrooms and a hallway. We have had our carpet cleaned a few times by different companies with okay results and we had never cleaned our tile other than mopping. So when we finally figured out that our tile needed to be professionally cleaned (we saw a friends house that Mr Reese had done), we gave him a call. That was the best decision that we ever made. Our tile didn't even look like the same tile! It looked like new again. The same goes for the carpet, it looked like new. We also had a small white couch that we basically let our dog use as his own, and now we can actually use it again. Needless to say we will be using Dazzle Cleaning and Restoration for all of our future cleaning needs.
