I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. They were fine. There were no additional charges. They showed up on time, and did a great job.

Even using Angie's List in the past, it's been difficult to find a good carpet cleaning service. Of the last two I used before Dazzle, both were positively rated by AL users; one with nothing less than lavish praise and lots of AL awards. But their work was not as great as the reviews and I felt disappointed with the experience. Stains re-appeared and the pile flattened out in no time. Neither one did work that made me call them the next time the carpets needed cleaning. So I was not expecting much when I called Dazzle. And was I ever surprised. From the first phone call, the owner, James, was professional and knowledgeable. He set up an appointment to come to see the carpeting a few days later, gave us a price we thought was fair and he was ready to do the job right then. He did the work alone and he was here for 4 hours. Thorough does not adequately describe his work! The carpets were immaculate, soft and virtually dry by the time he left here. Our carpet had spots from our dog that others in the past had said were too damaged to really lift. But Dazzle has able to lift them. I've waited almost two months to write this review, expecting that the carpeting, especially in those areas, would start to lie flat and the stains would re-emerge. It hasn't happened yet. The carpet remains soft and spot-free. As far as I'm concerned, Dazzle works miracles! James took with him a large rug that was in the TV room, pretty tracked up and with a red wine stain that I never thought would left. A week later, he brought the carpet back, colors vibrant again and neither James nor I could find where that stain had been. Another miracle! Since then, I recommended Dazzle to a good friend -- the kind who you'd never steer wrong and she reports a great experience with Dazzle. I'm so pleased with the high quality work and professionalism of Dazzle and am relieved I will not have to go looking for a new carpet cleaning service. It's Dazzle for me from now on

They showed up right on time and were very professional. We did notice a couple spots the next day that were missed and easily scrubbed up. Time will tell how clean the carpet stays but it was very clean when they left.

I discovered Dazzle Cleaning on Angies List about 18 months ago. Previously I had used "deals" that I had obtained thru telephone solicitors to just do the family room and kitchen. However, a few months after they finished spots would always reappear where they had previously been. When the gentleman from Dazzle came-out, he told me the previous providers had left inordinate amounts of soap in the carpets which was the origin of the spots reappearing. He then spent significant extra time pulling-up the extra soap and soil and did not charge me anything extra. Since then the carpets have not had the spots reappear, but normal dirt had accumulated, so there was no doubt that I would have Dazzle back again. While here this time I requested he do extra cleaning of the hall and bedroom, which he arranged his schedule to complete. Dazzle is definitely a keeper!

He takes out every spot possible. He is conscientious and spends probably three or four hours in your house. I have a small house. He makes sure every stain is out and then he brings in fans. He puts in corner protectors for the corners. He is amazing. When he takes out a spot, it stays out. He brings in big fans to dry up the areas and he spot cleans everything. I'm just always impressed with his work. When he leaves, our carpets look like they're brand new and they're already seven or eight years old, maybe be ten. They're light-colored. So he is a really good guy. He is clean, efficient, on-time and takes care of things. I would definitely recommend him to others. I would tell them, "If you needed good carpet cleaner, Dazzle is the one to call." There is never a problem with spots coming back. He brings in floor fans. After he has cleaned one room, he puts the fan in there so that it dries up faster. He pre-shoots everything and he has one of those things that can tell if there is urine from dogs or cats. My neighbor across the street also uses him. In fact, that's where we got his name. Her house is tiled and carpeted. He does her tiles.

1The appointment was scheduled promptly after we called James and he was quick to comply with our request to come before a party we were having. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and paid special attention to pet stains in the dining room area. Also, he cleaned one bedroom which wasn't scheduled to be cleaned. The carpet looks like new and we are very happy with the results. We would definately call him again.

Throughout the entire experience, he was efficient, thorough, and exceptional with following up. He was very knowledgable and friendly. We would definitely request his services again when necessary and recommend his company to friends and family.

They were really professional, very pleasant and they seemed to really care about their work because they called the next day to find out if everything was drying properly.

James showed up at the prearraigned scheduled time. He walked through my home checking out the rooms and measuring each one for square footage. He then proceeded to check out the pet spots. James gave me a quote minus the amount paid through Angie's List. We agreed on the amount. He was here approximately four hours by the time he was finished my carpet looked amazing and awesome. Needless to say, James did DAZZLE me in his performance. I will be using his services in the future.

James called the night before as a reminder that we had an appointment. He showed up on time and did a great job. I never thought that my chair would come clean and it looks great. His price was really reasonable and I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

James did a great job and got out ALL the stains. Let me say the house has a four year old and an almost two year old. So there were a lot of stains that were of unknown origin. He put a protectant on the carpet as well . The carpet looks brand new now.

James and his colleague arrived on time after calling to confirm the appointment. Originally, I had purchased an Angie's deal, but decided to have the in the whole house cleaned. Dazzle prices the cleaning by square footage, so they measured all the rooms. Part of my deal included cleaning one piece of furniture, but I didn't need it so James applied the cost to the additional price I would pay for the upstairs carpet. They were extremely careful. They relocated pieces of furniture while cleaning and placed small plastic squares under the legs. Although the carpet was somewhat damp after they were finished, it was dry in a few hours. Last time my carpet was clearned it took over a day to dry. Now the important part. Our carpet was awful. Although I'd had it cleaned several times before, it was really bad. We knew it needed to be replaced (16 yrs. old), but we are going to do renovations and wanted to wait until after the construction. Not only were what appeared to be serious wear marks, they were black to dark grey. My husband had spilled cranberry juice in one of the rooms and I had tried to get it out unsuccessfully. Dazzle did it! The black marks, the soda and juice spots, everything. We have what now looks like NEW CARPET. There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe what a phenomenal work they did. James suggested I get rid of the store bought carpet cleaners as they caused his machine to foam Directions on the container say to blot after spraying. When the stain didn't come out, I kept spraying and blotting. I didn't get the cleanrer out the of rug which is why it foamed. So, I threw out all my products. I will have Dazzle clean my carpets forever more. They do spectacular work at a reasonable price! And, are very nice and honest people.

He was very flexible on delaying the cleaning for about 2 months until I was ready. He called the morning of the job to say he was running into traffic and might be a little late. He made it to the job within 15 minutes of schedule. He was without his helper but still did a great job and did not take excessive time. We are very pleased with the job he did and would use his service in the future.

Came back and fixed everything...couldn't have been more professional, got a stain out with different chemicals he didn't have with him the first time for a terrible stain...the stain is now gone and he even re-cleaned my son's room that he did not have to. There are a million carpet cleaners out there, but if you want the job done right, I would call Dazzle...

Was very late due to job before mine taking much longer than he expected. Very nice and went out of his way to make up for it.

They did a fantastic job! When they arrived, I said that we'd probably have to replace our light beige carpet, it was so dirty. They spent a lot of time deep cleaning the heavy traffic areas, and when they were done, the carpeting looked nearly-new. They were also very nice, very easy to work with, and thorough. I will use Dazzle again in the future.

James did a great job. He was able to remove stains in our old carpet that I thought were permanent. The carpet looks great. I am very impressed and will definately call him again.

Though James was late the day of our appointment, he called a 1/2 hour before the appointment time and informed me that he would be late. He then showed up at the new appointed time. James and his assistant were very professional and careful not only with our furniture but with our house. We were quite pleased with their work. And James even gave me some tips on removing some stains from our marble and sealing it as well. We would definitely hire them again.

Everything was handled very professionally and all of my concerns were discussed and addressed. Although we have large dogs in the house, it now smells fresh and clean. Some stains that had outlasted the last cleaning are now gone, and I was given advice on how to handle future spills, etc., without just masking them. I think their cleaning process, and the feature of a truck mounted system, were right for my carpets and gave them the best possible chance of being refreshed, rather then treated with chemicals. I'll certainly use them again.

Upon arrival, the men moved the small pieces of furniture that I had not already moved from the areas to be cleaned. They moved very quickly and certainly gave attention to spots on the carpet. The men worked separately and did a very thorough cleaning job. It looked like new carpet when they finished. Large fans helped the carpet dry quickly. The urine spot was eliminated. Before began, I was told what they would do in some detail. I will have them back - probably once a year since we are elsewhere about 5 months of each year.

Returned my call in less than 24 hours. Explained in detail, services to be performed and approximate pricing based on size of rooms. Called to confirm appointment, arrived on time. Team was dressed professionally and very polite and helpful. Carpet looks fantastic...white again!! They used large fans to dry the rooms fast!! Tile floor and grout cleaner then it has been in years!! Overall experience was excellent. Prompt, professional would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friend! Very pleased..:)
