I requested a water heater replacement on line late night after returning from a trip! I had family coming from out of state for a graduation! Dan, from Beaver Construction called me back at 8 am the next day...he was able to squeeze me in that morning! He gave me a 30 minute window between 10-10:30!! Amazing!! Dan arrived shortly after 10 am! Great work!! Punctual!! I would recommend Dan and Beaver Construction again and again!! Thank you Dan!!

Dan was very nice and helpful and knew what he was doing! I was on the internet with Home Advisor and was setting up to call someone from the list they gave me and was told someone would call soon, Dan called me and we set up the work to be done. Dan was here when he said he was and his price was very good. I will call when I need another project done at home.

Dan is worth every one of those 5 stars, highly recommend. My story: A different plumbing company had damaged a fixture on it's last legs while replacing a shower head. They told me to get the parts, quoted their fee and gave me their card. After 2hrs of trying to determine what parts were needed and multiple phone calls to a pro supply shop, I gave up and searched for a new plumber. I read pages of great reviews for Dan and called him - it was rather late in the evening but he answered, assured me it was okay and made arrangements to come by the next day. Instead of making me figure out what parts were needed he agreed to come fully prepared, set my expectations, gave a quote and scheduled the appt. He and 2 others arrived on time and were polite, friendly and the quietest workers. I enjoy home improvement shows so peeked in a couple times and they were hard at work. They needed to cut thru the sheet wall behind the the plumbing and did a great patch job. Once finished they shop vac'd the flooring and cleaned inside the tub. I was so impressed. Everything works as it should and I fully trust Dan - will rehire him next time there's a need.
