The original measure/estimate went fine and on time. The installer sent was a joke. He often didn't have the right equipment (sent to drill holes for the sink faucet but didn't bring the drill, DUH!), didn't set up plastic dust barriers to keep granite dust from covering everything in the house, and often began work then disappeared with no notice as to when he would return. He scratched the $700 sink we supplied while installing it about 1/2 inch off from the cutout in the countertop. The granite backsplash behind the stove was cut off-angle exposing about 1/4 inch of the bare wall under the range hood. We had a 2' x 6' piece of granite left over we wanted to use to cover a window seat. When we went to their shop with the measurements, the granite could not be found and no effort was made to compensate us for the loss of the granite, which we had supplied ourselves. To their credit, they did replace the scratched sink and reinstalled it properly.
Description of Work: Measure, cut and install 3 customer supplied granite kitchen countertops and full backsplash for undermount sink and bar, drop-in stove, and base cabinet. The sink/bar countertop used almost 1.5 slabs. All counter edges were bullnosed.
