Work was done quickly and Chris Newton, the service manager, made sure it was done by the time I needed it. My only gripe is that I dropped off on my way to work in the morning and they were supposed to have a loaner Lincoln waiting. Well, they had to send it from the other lot and it didn't get sent over until I got there so I had to wait and was late for work. I do appreciate that they had my same exact make and model to drive.

Jim Burke Ford gave us a follow-up call as to the whether we were satisfied. We cited some minor items that needed correction and they set up an appointment with their body repair shop. So far so good. We kept the appointment and were promised that they would order the parts and call us. That was pablum. The parts weren't ordered and there was no phone call to complete the job. |Also, due to delays in completing the original work the at fault party's insurance refused to reimburse fully for the rental car we used while waiting for repairs to the door.

They were to complete my 5,000 mile service on my Navigator, I then drove to Washington State which upon my arrival the check engine light came one. So I took it to a local Pep boys to have my car serviced again, they informed me that all of my fluids were low too. I have always liked the dealer service and went back to them, only to have them disappoint me again. On this service I had them check the noise that sounded like the power steering was going out. They reported that indeed it may be going out. I took to another location to find that the power steering fluid was low, this totally corrected the noise I was hearing....

Well on the first day I went I showed up at 4:45 pm the sign on the door said they closed at 5:30 pm. I was turned away they said they do not take any cars after 4:30. I could see the garage was empty and all the mechanics were siting down watching TV

They gave me an orange-peel paint job on the front bumper, which was not at all what I wanted. The front end fell apart again after I paid them to repair it. I had to take it back two or three times, the undercarriage all fell out again, and it still pulled very badly to one side after they were supposedly done. I asked where the quality control was, and they didn't have any. They were punctual, but they didn't provide quality service.

after "qualify" my son and my husband they talk us as we ask for buy a car and not for copay after the service if that type of "qualification" and words used they sales may be down
Description of Work: After a big rain our daughter ford focus was so damage inside the carpentry, and sofas..well we open a insurance report and we suppose to paid $500 copay, was not problem to paid that amount if they be more professional, but they look and give service to my husband as if he and our son was asking them for charity, my son cover the $500 and we be able to receive the car back but is hard to found a place with less poor way of words and Jim Ford Burke service employee's are one of them 10/01/2012 Dealer call us hmmm we dont ask for special treatment we came to their office for service and instead of that was a mess,these dealer employees stop call to us if we have our daughter car for sale but the service has to be positive since day one not contact later to make a remedy is as a indian proverb said you can not cover the sun with one finger

Worn brake pads less than recommended safe surface remaining, rotors scored. Dealer able to replace pads and turn rotors while I waited, took less than 90 minutes, start to finish. Friendly, professional service personnel and technicians.
