Ben notified me the day before to confirmed and the next day Volt technicians were prompt just like they promise. They were courteous,professional and help me understand what kind work was going to be performed. I do have the drywall guy coming out tomorrow to complete the job.

We were very impressed with their communication and work ethic. When we first called them they were on a call and they said they'd call us back. They did and said it would take about an hour to finish and then they would be over. They then called and said they had an emergency call. The last time they called was almost 7:00 PM and we thought they would say they would come tomorrow. But they said they were still coming and ours wasn't an emergency! When they came here we told them what we needed and they looked over the situation and what was possible. They told us the pros and cons of each possibility and did a great job finishing up the job. They explained what they did and tested all of the connections twice. We were very pleased with Volt Electric and would use them again.

Ben and Austin showed up at the scheduled time, gave me a complete breakdown and an estimate for the install of the ceiling fan, and also gave me a quote for the Electrical Vehicle Car Charger in my garage.
Description of Work: Installed a new ceiling fan in my daughters room on a remote. They cleaned up very well after the fan was installed, and they also gave me a quote on a Electrical Vehicle Charger in my garage. I will be having Volt Tech back to install my Car Charger. Thanks Ben
