Mike and his crew were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Won't know if they fixed the leak until next winter, but they were reasonable of the 3 bids I received and seemed to be a bit more thorough.

I called to get an estimate on cracked tiles on a hone i was buying when they found and diagnosed a serious leak. Carlos was great working with both me and the sellers to resolve the issue.

I had to take care of this job long distance so I handled everything on-line. They made that easy for me. My Property Manager was very impressed by the RoofRX staff. He thought they were very professional and thorough. They arrived at the work site early on the day of their appointment and he thought they did a great job. They explained what they were doing step-by-step. They also sent me before and after pictures so I would be satisfied the job was complete. I was very happy.

So far so good however it hasn't rained yet and therefore we aren't sure if the repair has held up. Other than this we are pleased with the work that was done.

The technician Carlos Hernandez did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He came back to my house on Saturday and covered my roof with a plastic sheet to keep it from leaking until his appointment on 4-16-2012. I would highly recommend this company to friends. Regards, Greg

Nate did a great job patching the hole in my roof and repairing the soffit. He was efficient and his cost was very reasonable. He even took photos of the progress. I will certainly recommend him for future work.

Roof Rx provided excellent service, from schedule setup to job completion. Our technician was very knowledgeable, explaining the repairs that needed to be made and showing pictures of the repair process once the job was done.

Roof RX came within one week after my call and one technicial repaired the roof (which is one-layer tar-and-gravel) and replaced the gutters in one day. However, the installation of one gutter was slipshod and unsightly. I called the company and they promised an inspection in two days,then sent another technician the very next day. He concurred with our opinion, went to work directly to fix things. He finished the same day and it looks pretty good. We'll have to wait until it rains for the proof of a good job.

Professional-courteous-Honest with excellent work quality- Working with Roof RX was a great experience. They give you photos of before and after work as well. I highly recommend working with them.

They were prompt, friendly and took the time to explain the needed work as well as answer any questions. The only issue I had was that a rose bush got destroyed where the ladder was placed. I'll get over the fact that the rose bush will take years to recover (accidents happen) but they could have at least mentioned that fact to me before they left.
