3 Stars was because communication was not good from the office, they messed up on dates and time for the eventual work. As for the work itself, very professional. Very knowledgeable.

Very afraid at first but my roofer Wayne excellent ! Still might need a touch up and hope they'll help. Looking for new roofs on this house and mine. Would call back.

Be patient when calling the company--goes right to hold music and you cannot tell whether you are connected or to whom.

Great service- Did the work with little supervision and clean up job site before leaving.

Matt came out on time and provided an estimate. We rescheduled Matt to come out within a few weeks to complete the work. We were please with his work and time. However, when the next batch of rains came in, we found another leak near the repaired area. Matt was dispatched with in a week and found the problem and apologized for not taking care of this during first time out. I am still pleased with company and honesty. Matt saved us $$$$ and we will be going with Roof RX for years to come.

The representative from Roof RX was prompt, honest, and helpful during his visit for a free estimate. The contractor accurately diagnosed the problem with the roof and made suggestions for repair work. I would highly recommend his company to others.

I received a couple of estimates, Scott was the most thorough explaining what needed to be done and measured alternatives with me. Scott was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient as I am not the most trusting of workmen. I would recommend Roof RX for sure.

Working with Roof Rx was a very nice experience. The staff (first Matt for the estimate and then Scott and Jack) for the needed repairs was remarkable. I've had the same problem with the French drain on my roof for 30 years and have had it repaired many times. For the first time I truly feel it has been done right and that I will no longer have the 'pooling' problem. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Roof Rx. Good price, great materials and really great people. Justin was great in confirming appointments also.

They were very prompt, explained everything, took pictures, and came back in a timely manner to fix the problem.

Roof RX is very responsive and they provided such a good service. They did more than what was quoted but did not charge extra. They follow up and their price is very competitive. We love them, absolutely use them and recommend them to everyone.

Rick from Roof Rx came out to the house and took pictures of the roof so he could show us what the problem was. Answered all the question we had and told us how long it would take to complete the work. When he was finished with the work he also took pictures for us to look at. He was on time and finished the work as he said he would. We are very happy with the over all job he did and will use him for any other roofing jobs we have.

Roof was repaired when scheduled and have had no leaks in the several months since repair was complete.

Dave called prior to arriving. We agreed on what the job would be, he executed it quickly, was polite and friendly, and I would recommend RoofRX to any of my friends and neighbors.

My experience with Dave was excellent. Dave always showed up on time. He was able to schedule the work within a few days of meeting with him. Given that rain was forecast before he could complete the job, he tarped two separate areas where I had a leaks. He is clearly knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the problems upon inspection. His pricing is reasonable and he offered a 5% AAA discount.

Mike was the contractor who did the work on my roof and he was was very efficient and very easy to talk to and answered all my questions, I was very pleased with the whole process.

Mike, from RoofRx, arrived at the agreed time. He was friendly and very professional. We discussed the problem I thought I had. I thought the problem was a leak in the flashing around the ventilation stack above the kitchen. Mike cheched the (composition) roof and determined it was the rain hitting the 6" metal lid and echoing down the tube. He made a few minor repairs on nails not properly sealed. The cost was well worth the peace of mind.

Since the project is in progress, need to know the final quality later. However, I gave them 5 based on their customer service.
