Description of Work: Other than a rather confusing and ineffective project management system, the project was very successful.

Description of Work: They remodeled two bathrooms and put in new flooring in the kitchen. They did a wonderful job. Finished the job early. The guys we worked with were great and friendly. They cleaned up everyday and I miss talking to all of them. My designer Henry was the best.

Description of Work: Reborn did my kitchen cabinets and did an A job. I contacted them to build a cabinet in my bedroom. They were very lax about getting back with me after the initial contact...many delays to the final measurement...I still do not have a date for installation. I will not recommend or use them again.

Description of Work: cabinet re facing, granite stone counter tops, stainless steel sink |went well. for install of items. contact weak, questions not answered in timely fashion. on time finish but sloppy clean up efforts.

Description of Work: Complete remodel of our kitchen and master bath. The designer (Bob) did an excellent job of redesigning our kitchen to a more functional one. The construction crew made an error and the ceiling in the kitchen had to be redesigned. Otherwise, things went very well. It did take a little longer than I though it would, though. My only negative is that I still received calls from them asking if they can remodel our bathroom (that was already done by them!), to solicit additional work, or ask for a referral. This is getting quite annoying.

Description of Work: They did our Guest bathroom 2 years ago and did a great job. We initially went to go with them for our Master Bathroom and we did not go with them as their management seems to have changed for the worse. A bit pushy, always calling, meetings scheduled with them and not showing up. I don't know if their sons have taken over, but they need a course in customer liaison and satisfaction. Again, the work they did for us initially was great and they were very responsive, customer oriented, etc. Maybe this was a one off, I don't know.
