Description of Work: The two ladies that came to my house did a horrible job of building my confidence. Their price for resurfacing my kitchen cabinets was $12,000 too high and then they wanted to keep reducing the price if I signed right then.

Description of Work: We've used this company before and will continue to work with them on future small and large projects.

Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen in 2005. I again used them around 2013 to redo my two bathrooms. Both times it took far too long to complete and they left things undone. I had to call them to get them out there to make repairs and unfinished work. The kitchen took approximately five months to complete. It is not a large kitchen!

Description of Work: They remodeled the kitchen. My parents are elderly, so it took awhile to make decisions. There were also a couple of last minute changes. Reborn was patient and cooperative. The quality of work was top notch. The man who who installed the tile and backs plash behind the stove was a perfectionist -- with all matching corners and tile grout lines. They all took pride in their work. My parents LOVE their kitchen.

Description of Work: All went pretty well till they would not respond to the bar which was left unfinished on the underside with shims falling out. The man they subcontracted the countertops to was a problem

Description of Work: Estimate on small kitchen refacing with quartz counter tops. Sales person didn't leave a card or a detailed estimate. We did tour their Anaheim showroom which is impressive.

Description of Work: We remodeled three baths, kitchen, and laundry room/pantry area. The experience was better than imagined; schedules were adhered to and progress was very timely and professional. The results were fantastic - updating a 56 year old could not have been a better experience. We are truly enjoying our new home.

Description of Work: Cabinet reface, new drawers, quartz counter top, back splash, custom design back splash behind stove, sink, faucet, and bread board. |They kept everything as clean as possible and as organized as possible. They were gentlemen. The man who cut the tile and did the custom back splash was more of an "artist" than a construction worker. He was very meticulous about straight lines, smooth edges, lining up the tiles and mosaic designs just right -- also precisly cutting and fitting the tiles just right -- a focus on quality work. The quartz counter top installer also did a great job. The seams were smooth and straight. The counter top looks flawless.

Description of Work: The work was for a stall shower. My first concern was that the price I was quoted was too expensive and told them I couldn't afford it. The salesperson got on a phone, and I could hear his conversation, and they did come down in price but felt why didn't they give me that price in the first place. The second thing was they were replacing an existing stall shower. I was never told that it wasn't the same size as my existing shower and as a consequence, my present flooring ended and there was about 2 inches of concrete I had to deal with. The job was fine and I hesitate to not recommend them but personally, I wouldn't use them again. I realize that you have asked me several times to review them and I didn't want to do it but decided maybe it was best to do so.

Description of Work: A nightmare....We replaced all cabinets in our large upscale home and had many quality issues. Our Rebourn cabinet specialist finally capitulated that we were buying cheap product and not fine furniture and we should not have high quality expectations. So beware, if you are ok with cheap quality cabinetry, go for it. If you want fine craftsmanship, go elsewhere.

Description of Work: They did some remodeling and some cabinet making for our small bathroom and service porch. They also did a tile floor.

Description of Work: IT WAS A KITCHEN REMODEL. THEY PUT IN NEW CABINETS, CABINET REFACING, NEW APPLIANCES, COUNTERTOPS, AND INSTALLATION OF EVERYTHING.
