Eddie Verdin, the owner, is a true professional. He came out for the appointment promptly, measured the project, and provided his estimate quickly in writing. Based on my other estimates, he had the best price among 6 competing bids, and used the best brand of vinyl fence materials. Four of my neighbors also joined me in using his services. His crew came out, on time and worked tirelessly in hot weather, completing the project as promised, on time. The quality of the work was great and they cleaned up after the job, leaving the job site clean. Anyone who is considering a vinyl fence project should strongly consider Eddie and his company. Professional, honest, quick. The only reason for the 3.5 is because they were the second highest out of about 10 bids I got. But there was something about Eddie and their H.A. ratings that gave me the nudge to pay the higher price.

This is a fantastic company. The price was fair. They tore down one fence and rebuilt the new fence within a few hours. They cleaned up the area, they were polite, and the company followed up with us from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Eddie Verdin of Irvine Fence replaced our two side yard and back fences along with three gates. From the very beginning, I found Eddie to be very responsive from our initial meeting, with all communications and at the completion of the project. His work crew arrived on time both days and I found them to be very professional and competent. On the final day of the project, there was one man dedicated to cleaning up all left over scraps and materials. Both my wife and are very pleased the way the new vinyl fence looks and would highly recommend Eddie and his crew to friends and neighbors.

I had them build a small gate that opens to the alley. It's perfect. So much so, that instead of buying a rot iron gate for the front, i'm asking them to build an identical wood gate for the front as well. The 80' fence and gate were finished in 1 day. The cost of the fence was split between my neighbor and I. Eddied drew up 2 contracts to keep things simple. The workers worked hard and were polite.

Eddie was very responsive and pompt with answers to questions. quotes and visits. The installation team was responsive to any questions on concerrns. We are hiring them to do more work in the future.

Good initial interview, expedient and answered all questions. Used Kroy fencing materials which are good quality. Price quote was one of the lower ones compared to 5 others. Finished fence/gate work in 1 day. Workers were hard working and considerate of keeping surrounding lawn undamaged. Slight knock about finishing of fence (unpainted/unmatch screw heads used on outside of fence). Overall, definitely recommended for great value, excellent product/service, and good workmanship.

They did a great job. The job came in under budget and have great quality

We had an issue with the mismatch of color on the end caps on the top of the gate posts. The manufacturer of the materials did not provide the right color. Eddie stayed with it, copying me on emails to the manufacturer, for several weeks until he got what he needed and fixed the mismatch. This was all after I'd paid him the full amount of the work. My only negative was I had to call him to tell him about it. His crew did not point it out to me. Because I'm shorter than the gate I didn't see the problem right away and gave them the check. Had they pointed it out and let me know it would be fixed, I'd have been a little more reassured during the delay. But it's all good and he was persistent in getting the work done right.

Eddie and his crew did an excellent job. They were on time, professional and very polite. They replaced over 180 feet of wood fence with vinyl in 2 days and 90 degree heat. They cleaned up everything great and fixed any problems with sprinklers and anything else. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Highly recommend this company, great work ethics, and good communication. Was told that start time would be around 8:30 AM and completion at around 4:30PM. The job was done by 2:30 PM they hauled away of old fence and installed the new one and cleaned up. Thank you Eddie and Irvine Fence crew for the beautiful new fence.
