What a great experience I had with Carpets 4 U. After about 20 years I decided to update my 1200 sq. ft townhouse. I am recently retired and was not really sure how to begin with choosing tile, wood/laminate and carpet. One afternoon I decided to visit Carpets 4 U after reading the great reviews on Angie's List. I met with Dennis (owner) and he spent a lot of time showing me different ceramic tile, wood/laminate and carpet. He gave me some very helpful insights and assistance with my choices. I chose the Mega-Click-French Bleed for the wood/laminate flooring/stairs. The color of carpet I chose was Tumble Weed, and tile I chose Tilecrest Roma-Biege. Dennis prepared a proposal and followed up with coming to my home to measure and confirm the estimate. All work was done in a very professional and in a timely manner. The installers were very nice and very experienced in their trade. Dennis introduced me to his subcontractor Ruben, who assisted me with everything else that was needed to make my new house into my beautiful new home. Ruben painted the interior of my town home, installed my new stove, microwave, dishwasher, all new sinks, faucets, new hoses and plumbing shut offs. Also, installed new bathroom lights, new mirrored closet doors in my master dressing area. Installed recessed kitchen lights, drywall and beautiful crown molding. Electrical outlets were replaced and additional new outlets were added, etc. With such a beautiful home I needed 4 new mirrors. Ruben actually made the new frames for each mirror and installed each glass mirror. I am so very happy with all that Carpets 4 U and Ruben did for me. I would highly recommend this family owned business for all your remodeling needs. I have had so many compliments on how my home looks.

They did a good job. They were nice to work with and did what they said they were going to do.

We stopped at that showroom and looked at samples. A couple days later, Gary (nice guy!) came to our house measured and gave us a firm price. He called the next day and let us know when they could install (it was special order) and at the end of the week we had new carpet. The installers were very nice and did a great job. They were very helpful with moving furniture back into place.

We replaced our living room carpet with new thicker carpet and new padding. We also re-padded our stairs to make them more comfortable. I was very happy with their service. They came out and measured the areas, gave us a quote on the carpet I had already picked out from their highly stocked samples, and then ordered the carpet. Prices were not too high though carpet cost more than I expected it to. We also picked out a plush carpet. The installers did a great job. They moved furniture and moved it back at the end. The work was very well done and they vacuumed and cleaned everything up at the end. I am very satisfied with the job.

This shows up in the quality of their work. Excellent experience and excellent results.

They were the third company we went to from Angie's List and had the best upfront prices and customer service from the start. Linda won us over right away because she told us exact pricing without any hassle and it was far less than the other quotes we were receiving. Plus they don't nickel and dime you for little things like the carpet pad, you get the best included in the price so you don't have to worry about upgrade charges. There was no run around or pushy sales people. They listened to what we wanted and provided great quality and great price. Her team started on our project with a tight ten day completion date and finished ahead of schedule by 3 days. It was amazing how quickly their crew worked. We had a few issues at the end with the hardwood floors, probably because we were doing so much demolition at once in such a tight schedule. Gary came back several times to make sure all corrections were made and that we were 100% satisfied. Linda and Gary are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Carpets 4 U for all your flooring needs.

They were very good. The price was reasonable. I found them to be quickly helpful and personable. We set up a time and date to have the carpets installed. The communication has been great so far and I will update my report as the work has been performed.

The folks at Carpets 4U were very knowlegeable and helpful. They spent a fair amount of time helping us decide which carpet was best for us. Pricing was reasonable compared to other stores. They arrived on time for the installation with four men. They moved furniture where needed and most of the installation was done in one day. The second day two men arrived to finish the installation which was mainly stairs. They cleaned up after the job and we were happy with the overall results.

Estimate, one of three turned out being the best, and what we felt was a very good price. Ordered product in over the holidays and had the install completed right after the first of the year. Installers showed up on time, with good size crew and completed in a very timely manner. Judging by other installs in the house, this install was as good if not better than the others. Only small negative was the amount of glue left on the wood that we saw in the light over the next day after completion. Informed company and they sent people out to take care of it immediately. Well done, we would not hesitate to recommend or use them again

They were fabulous. I initially met with Mary Little and she won me over right away with her sweet, easy-going personality. We set up an appointment for an in-home estimate and Gary Laslo came to the house. He was great. He listened to our ideas and gave us some helpful advice on our wood floors (a project for down the road). We met with two other companies before making a decision, but in the end, we decided to go with Carpets-4-U. We are really happy we did. They were great from start to finish. We would definitely use them again.
