Best Moving Service

The crew of five movers and two 26' trucks arrived on time at 830a. Charlie and his team were very polite, efficient, professional and worked their tails off all day! They took care of our possessions almost as if they were their own things (only one ding on a nightstand.... that's the only damage we've found... great work, guys!). A sixth mover and third truck arrived shortly after noon to complete the pack-up job and brings me to the only complaint I had about the whole experience.... the planning and coordination of this move was not as effective as it should have been. During my conversations with the office about scheduling, we discussed needing packing help and I was assured that the movers would help... and they did. However, I think if one side (me or Best Moving) had pursued a deeper discussion about the scale of our need for packing help, a lot of frustration could have been avoided. I found out from the movers on moving day that a team of packers could have been sent in advance to help us finish BEFORE moving day. Because we didn't know that was an option and also because we had so much stuff to pack, the overall day ended up being a little under 12 hours. Long day for the crew and for us. I want to emphasize this does not sour me on this company at all. The moving crew was excellent and the company was easy to work with. I would just recommend that when you book them, make sure you are completely open about what you need and expect in advance so your moving day is a little less stressful than ours was. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat! Thanks again, Best Moving!

Showed up on time. A pleasure to work with. They got the job done in six hours where another company took 11hrs to move the exact same furniture one month prior.

Great service and great price

These guys were the best. They were friendly and asked lots of questions. They were quick and careful with all my possessions. They moved me to my new home and also took a bunch of stuff to storage. Everything was placed in the correct rooms. I would definitely use these guys again.

A person actually answers the phone they call you back when they say they will! Movers were on time, Courteous, not rushing with my things, and doing an excellent job.

The crew who moved us were on time, pleasant and efficient. They were knowledgeable about how to disassemble furniture where necessary. They took great care of all items, wrapping when necessary and carefully arranging items. They accomplished the move in the allotted time and they charged exactly what they estimated. Friendly, caring staff

The two Best movers were the absolute BEST! They worked non-stop loading for 5 hours, drove another 4.5 hours to the storage unit and then to apartment and unloaded. The biggest part of the job was taking apart a large cal king platform bed with pedastools and mirror and then putting back together again. They did it all while offerring the BEST customer service the whole time!
