Super professional - they kept me informed on moving day how the time schedule was going. They were careful and conscientious moving items and when I tried to move things they said "let me do that for you" Highly recommend them!

When booking I asked specific what if there is a catastrophic event on the freeway that would make the drive time extraordinarily long. They said donâ t worry. We will be fair. I asked for something in writing and they said donâ t worry. The day of the move there was a major delay on the freeway causing the drive to be 6+ hours. I called as soon as I realized there was such a significant delay. I was told donâ t worry we wonâ t double the drive time. Instead we will double the time it takes them to get back. Which would have been 5 hours total drive time. At the end of the very long day they switched it on me. Charged me 7 hours for drive time there plus 2 additional hours. I was stuck and forced to pay. I called the following day to discuss and did not get a return call. I called again the following week and was told he would check with the owner to see if they could credit me and I didnâ t get a call back. Also, while they were loading the truck 2 of the guys kept stopping to chat and vape. I had to ask the lead guy to keep them moving. They also left 1 screw behind on a window sill for one of the beds. It was not reassembled properly and they didnâ t tell merges just left the screw behind. I really regret hiring this company because of their dishonesty and lack of follow up.

I was not expecting the reaction i got from the driver when i tipped him. He made me feel bad and i was overcharged on the final nill

They were fantastic! Super friendly, arrived on time and made sure to handle all everything with care. I have a NordicTrack Bike that is very heavy and I was worried about moving it down stairs and it breaking, but the two gentlemen they sent completely set my mind at ease. They took their time were careful with handling to make sure that nothing happened. They were great about making sure that we didn't get over charged on travel expenses and took into mind traffic which is very important here in southern California. If we moved again, I would definitely hire them. Very nice, professional and made sure that everything was handled with care.

Carlos and Victor were great. Got all our stuff moved quickly and were very careful. Would definitely recommend them.

I used them twice and was happy with the work. My only objection was they quoted how many hours I would need and a price but both times when the movers came the contract time was increased by two hours therefore costing more than quoted. The first time I thought ok it was a move across town and maybe they needed it but second time it was a smaller move and could have been done in the time quoted but was stretched out to the extra time. If it had been added on at the end I could understand but to add it on to the contract before even starting the job seems a little like bait and switch. They quote the lowest but increase it when the movers show up. I would use again as the movers were great but definitely make sure time quoted is out on the contract.
