COSCO FLOOR DESIGN INC

This is the second time we have used Cosco to remodel our kitchen. We hired them to install the cabinets at our first house and they did such a good job that we decided to use them from start to finish with our second house. They installed the oak hardwood floors throughout. Installed glass shower enclosure in the bathroom and installed tile there. We purchased all out cabinets (both bathroom & kitchen) through their sister company and they installed them for us. Our contact, Ling, was patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

As soon as this woman came in he left to work with her. Maybe he had an appointment. I don't know. He wasn't understanding about what happened at my house. I told him insurance wasn't going to cover what I wanted done, but that didn't seem to get across to him. He tried to sell me other services. He was a nice man, but there was a just a language barrier.

Cosco Flooring did very high quality work at a very reasonable price. They were on time, courteous, and easy to deal with. Jack Liu, the project manager, and his very capable Foreman Hieu were easy to reach at any time. They also called us immediately when they a question to resolve. Jack set up and supervised the project. He allocated an ample amount of time for our combined projects and got them all completed in roughly 3-1/2 weeks so we could move into our new home within 30 days. Jack's background in architecture was an asset in his knowledge of design, recommending quality products, and how to set the project up. Concerns that arose in the project were dealt with right away, and very responsibly. We got a great deal of quality, service and value for the money. I recommend Cosco Flooring very highly. Overall, one of the best renovating experiences we've ever had.

Cosco has a pamphlet available for home design services. They offer home design, custom carpets and window treatments. Upon contacting the department, they contract out with a designer in the area to come to my home. The designer measured the rooms and gave me advice of which carpets would best meet my needs and look for the given rooms. She brought samples so I was able to make a decision that day. Throughout the entire process, Cosco kept me well informed. Cosco employees actually installed the carpet. They were very clean and did a great job. There was a situation in which the carpet pulled away from a stair step. Cosco came out the next day to resolve the issue. I shopped around, Cosco offered great quality products, good selection and the best pricing. Unfortunately, I do not have an exact amount for the carpeting and installation.

I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID WITH MY NEW FLOORS, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING SPECIAL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THEM FOR ANY FLOORING.
