Improper install of the fan in the main bedroom. Last Friday they said they could come over today in the afternoon. It is Monday and now they are telling me they can not come this afternoon because of other appointments and they want to reschedule. Updating my review to more 1-star leaning now. Overall not a job well done and I am not feeling confident in the solutions provided.
