The install went well, with one small detail forgotten. There was one pole that we needed for mounting something to the fence. That is an easy fix and the installers will come back in a day or two to finish it up. We called several other fencing companies in Tucson and none of them were doing what we were wanting. Although the price seemed high, they did have to dig through some asphalt to mount the poles. In all, it was exactly what we needed and they did a great job installing.

We had them put additional fencing to what we already had; it was for the dogs.  They did a great job and I have no complaints.  Everything was carried up the way it was supposed to be carried out, and the contract followed through on.  We really had nothing to compare their price as we did not get any additional quotes.  I would use them again in the future if needed.

I had to take them to the Board of Contractors. They are really horrible. There are several cases against them. The entire bill was over $2000. I paid them about $1100. It is in dispute right now. The inspector found 14 problems that they were supposed to correct and they have not. I got nothing but harrassment, verbal abuse and threats. They are a horrible company. Run as fast as you can the other way and don't call the number or consider them. My block wall is wavy. It has spaces in it where the mortar is bad. They mixed old bricks with new bricks. The workers and supervisor were verbally abusive. One of the workers drank a beer on the job. The poured concrete into the wash. When they finally came to remove it they took away part of the bank in the wash. Someone through the Board found me and said they have had the same problems and have been fighting them for 3 years for a correction. I have been living an entire year without a back gate because they were supposed to fix other problems first. The back gate is boarded up to the wash and we have to walk around the block to our trash in the back. They tried to take us to a collection agency. Once I called the collection agency and wrote a letter and explained this was now in the Board of Contractors hands they dropped the collection claim. In the meanwhile they have not tried to make a correction. I do not want them back on my property because of all the terrible abuse and psychological abuse. The supervisor got in my personal space and argued with me and lied to me. The time they did this part of the concrete wall was blown down by a wind burst. I was recovering from a heart condition and being in the hospital and they knew that. They walked all over my plants, new grass, threw concrete into my organic vegetable beds and never cleaned up after themselves. They would show up for an hour and leave and some days they never showed up when they said they would. Everyone that has seen it can't believe it. When the inspector was here the supervisor insulted him as well. This has been a nightmare. Because I am dealing with hypertension there is only a limited amount I can do to deal with before I get upset. I am living with a boarded up 10 foot opening to the wash because I do not have a gate. I have to live with it until it gets repaired. I had estimates done by other companies to correct the job. I have not heard from the Board yet and they say it can take a while. So this is what I am living with. Now I have other things in my yard that will be an issue in the repair because I had to move on with life.

They removed my wrought iron fence, along with 3 wrought iron gates, and repainted them with the powder coating. The finished product if fantastic. The iron was 10 years old but the new paint job makes it look brand new. They also resinstalled it with lag bolts vs. masonary nails so I can remove it myself in the future if I need to. The only problem I encountered was when the reinstalled the gates. The gates have springs on the hinges that allow them to swing close automatically. These springs require pins in them to set the appropriate tension. 2 of these pins broke upon reinstalling and the guys promised to come back the next day and replace them. So far they haven't shown up and I'll call the company back today. However, I'm not happy that they promised to come back, didn't, and didn't call me to reschedule. Beyond that though this has been a great company to work with.

Security fence bid was about $10K, another contractor about $8K and a third about $6K. The salesman showed us beautiful pictures of commercial and government jobs they have done. We thought the best value would be to pay more for a professional job. The fence started out good but they quickly stopped and took the workers to do a commercial job. The remainder of the work was loose, crooked and posts soon started to pull out of the ground. An additional $2k was required because they had not correctly estimated materials. We received a Preliminary Notice of Lien on the property even though all monies had been paid when requested. We felt the fence was very sloppy and done unprofessionally. The salesman said he would be happy with the fence if it was his. Later, we requested the company president come out but he broke two appointment times saying his car broke down but we note that he has a yard full of fleet vehicles. We were wrong about the higher price being the best value.
