Description of Work: Clothes washer would keep getting out of level when spinning. First Sears guy found the problem, and did not have the correct parts on his truck to fix it. He was going to order them and we would be without a washer another week or so. Then he came up with a plan. Called another tech. that had the parts. So the first Sears guy called the second one, and verified he had the parts. So the first guy took the second guys calls while the second guy came to fix our washer. In the process the second guy found he only had 3 of the 4 needed parts. He left for 30 min or so and came back with the 4th part. Our washer was fixed, we didn't have to go to laundry mat. All is well in the Universe. Being old would been tough on us to get clean clothes. Thanks bunches to the two tech. guys.

+ -1 moreI put in a request and got four names of companies to pick from and I chose Sears. The guy who came out was a contractor for Sears. They took out our furnace system and replaced it with a heat pump. They do very good service and we have had 2 major things done by them and it was done very well.
Description of Work: I used the services of Sears Heating and Cooling Sales Service & Repair two weeks ago to replace our furnace with a heat pump.
