Handyman Connection- Atlanta

Brian was the craftsman assigned to our project. He is very detailed and a very nice guy. He was careful with the doors and explained the process to us. We have used Handyman Connection in the past and have been satisfied with most of the work done by their craftsman (depending on the project, they assign different people). We had some problems with the schedule and Brian ran out of time one of the days but he got everything done the next day. We would recommend Brian to anyone who needs their doors redone. He also did an excellent job repairing some damage to two door jams caused by the original builder.

Very well. Their plumber arrived on time and did a thorough check, finally explaining that everything was tight and it looked like previous damage. We discussed some slow drain problems we had and he gave me advice on how to easily fix them myself (they don't do that kind of work). When I asked how much to pay for his run to my house and the inspection, he said I didn't owe anything because their estimates were free and he didn't do any work. In my view, he did plenty because he could look at the problem with an experienced eye. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future handyman work I may need done!

They were really good. The posts were very deep in the ground and hard to remove. They are very good people and I was happy with their work.

Someone tried to break into my storage room and destroyed the door. I called on Monday morning and a master carpenter came out that afternoon and replaced the door and lock. He was super. Suggested the best options, got on with it, cleaned up and it was done in 3 hours. The door looks great and he even repaired some rotting wood as part of deal. Used on online coupon too.

They have also done other work for me, plumbing. They do a very good job. They are courteous, and they get back to me. The people they send are always professionals. He was here for about four or five hours.

There was no project done because they never responded.

Their performance in my opinion was satisfactory in every respect. They came out in a timely manner, did the job that same day and cleaned up after themselves. I was perfectly satisfied and had no complaints. The price they quoted was fair and the actual job came in at that price.

The estimate was professional and thorough. When they arrived, they did not bring the wire necessary to support the spa. That caused a trip to a home improvement store for the wire that cost me an additional $35. Then, when the spa people came to hook it up, they said that the connection was not complete. So, I had to call them back to complete the hook up and that cost me more. I feel that they should have not charged me for a service call the second time they had to come back. I feel that he should have known what was involved with a spa hook up.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called this morning, and was scheduled for this afternoon. same day service is almost unheard of, but I found it here! The tech showed up right on time and explained the work involved and completed a written estimate before he started the work. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. There was a little bit of a mess on the bathroom floor, but honestly, I was more pleased with the quality of the work than with a small mess that took only a few minutes to clean. Will definitely call them again.

The handyman arrived only an hour after I had called, which was amazing. I was prepared to have to wait a day or two. He was very friendly and listened well, came up with a creative idea to fix the gate, and was honest about one task I wanted done that he didn't feel comfortable doing (an electric task outdoors on my post light). He called his company office and got an estimate for the job which my wife and I approved, though it seemed like a lot of money for the work. He was then able to complete the work immediately. It only took 2 hours once he got started, hence I ended up feeling somewhat overcharged even though I had agreed up front to the price. The work was well performed, although he did leave a hole in the gate post (where he removed the old bolt) unfilled which had said he would fill, with the explanation that the metal was too hot to hold the epoxy filler he had planned to use, no offer to come back later and fill it properly (so I will end up doing it myself, not that big a deal). His cleanup in the bathroom was mediocre: he left a roll of tape, a couple of screws, and a coating of drywall dust and debris on the toilet tank (the floor was clean).

Brian arrived punctually and did the work in a timely manner. He also went up into my attic to attempt to find the source of the water coming through the ceiling and made recommendations about what to do about it. He was very pleasant and helpful.

He seemed to know what the exact problem was when we explained to his the issue, he really knew what he was doing, he was on time and clean and did what he was supposed to do.

It went very well. They responded very promptly to my call. The day that I called they sent someone out to my house. The whole job took less than a week to get done.

The handyman was on time, was very efficient and neat, and cleaned up his mess.

I am in a wheelchair, so I needed something that wouldn't be in my way. It went pretty well.

Our experience is always great. They are punctual. They are worth the price. They are dependable. They are easy to deal with. I would recommend them and use them again.

Their estimates have been right on and very fair. They come when they say they're going to come and do what they say they're going to do. Being new to the area I sometimes just don't know who to call, and I have been very pleased with them. They have just been great.

Called 08:30 Tuesday. Appointment was made for 08:00 Wednesday. Electrician showed up a wee bit early and got right to work. After the receptical had been installed he helped move shelves, etc. to get the freezer plugged in. He also gave me some pointers on future work that I have planned, disabused me of some plans that wouldn't work and why, and assisted in determining which unlabeled circuit breaker things were on.

Kevin and Shelley arrived a scheduled with agreed-upon paint, moved furniture as necessary, completed the job more quickly than they had forecast. At no cost, Kevin installed two smoke alarms I had purchased. Thoroughly professional job in all respects. I thought the price was a little high, but have no basis for comparison.

Terrific. The electrician, Matthew, did a great job and passed the city inspection the first time. Matthew showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The Handyman Connection office is excellent about scheduling quickly, following up with phone calls, informing the customer about the status, etc. Rob, the owner, gets personally involved in ensuring customers are satisfied. These guys have unbeatable customer service and reasonable prices for the quality of work they do.

They did a lovely job and couldn't have been nicer. He was delightful.

The work was scheduled with Handyman Connection. They told me in advance that Matt would be the electrician doing the work. I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days and on a specific day I requested. Matt was late getting to the appointment because he got lost, but he called twice to let me know what happened and get more directions. The main office also called to make sure he had arrived. Matt has good electrical skills and experience. He was very polite, respectful and friendly. He did all the work with care, and afterward, showed me that everything was working correctly. He could have cleaned up a bit better. He explained that all Handyman Connection technicians have over 10 years of service in their field. Overall, this was a very positive experience, good quality work for a reasonable price, and I would call them again.

Steve from Handyman Connection came to give us a bid the next day after my call. He was prompt and courteous and we accepted the bid. He began the work the following week. We have been very pleased with the job but felt it took much longer than was necessary due to the fact that Handyman Connection only sent one person to do the work and then sent Steve out to do bids during our job.

I think they did a great job. Everything worked out well as far as the actual wiring was concerned. There was a little bit of confusion about the appointment time and I thought the price was a little bit high for the amount of work that was done.

The work went fine. They were very fast.
