Description of Work: I called in the morning, gate would not open. They were there in a matter of hours. Technician was extremely knowledgeable. Checked out my opener and determined it was the battery. The only con I have is the hourly rate for the service call was very high. Great work.

Description of Work: This was an emergency service call at 1100 at night, we could not open our garage door, one of the springs broke. The tech came out early, diagnosed in gave us price options and fixed it. We were grateful to find help in the middle of the night. Our tech was Jared, and he did a great job. Thanks.

Description of Work: Work was performed correctly and satisfied with results. Technician tried add on a fuel charge to the estimate which was not included in original quote. He gave a bit of attitude when we took exception to this charge. Charge was removed and job completed.

Description of Work: Garage door was inspected, all parts were checked and lubrication of parts was done where needed. Ten new quiet rollers were also exchanged for the old ones and installed. We were told that the door was in good shape and well balanced.

Description of Work: Basically rebuilt the garage door with all new rollers, springs, cables, and cable drums on the garage door. Lubricated all the hinges and pivot brackets between the panels of the door. The rebuild corrected issues that the builder of the home (US Homes) cut corners on.

Description of Work: I bought a set of external springs that ended up being to heavy duty for the garage door. I bought them at Home Depot for $35 for the pair. The technician replaced these with two springs that matched the door for $75 per spring $150 total. I was out of town on business so was not home when the service was performed. The technician then went on to tell my wife there were other parts that needed replacing even though I inspected those and made the decision they did not need to be replaced on door #1 and went on to insist that parts on door #2 needed to be replaced as well. What turned out to be a replacement of the external springs on one door, for what I estimated would be $100 turned into a $450 bill. The work was done well, but the up selling was extreme. I will not use personally or recommend this company in the future due to the up selling.

Description of Work: Warranty service on a four-year-old Liftmaster opener - replaced belt drive assembly. Jeff arrived within six hours of my call, identified the problem, had the replacement part with him, installed it, and did some minor maintenence (lubricating) on the lifting parts. Also gave me some useful advice on using the opener. I have had only excellent experience with this company and its personnel since they installed the opener

Mark expedited obtaining the non - standard door, showed up exactly on time for the appointment, and installed the door with opener. I have never seen a more organized and efficient workman of any kind than he. The door worked perfectly from the very beginning, and I have had no trouble with it since.
