Mike was everything and more than we would have hoped for in a service that is so competitive in the tile and carpet cleaning business. We had an old and recurring problem He returned my call within minutes of my request, and he made me feel so very confident that he had the right background and equipment and products to do the job. Mike was great to work with. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. He answered all my questions quickly. The carpets had a few large dark stains that Mike spent extra time going over to get out as much as possible. I can barely see them now. Overall, the carpets look great.

We have small children and needed a quality cleaning of our living room/hallway. Numerous spills and stains had accumulated over the years and we needed a fresh start! Mike cam over right away and did a quick estimate. He worked on the carpet and It came out looking brand new! I wasn't sure if those stains would ever come out but they did! Mike and his stepson showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my tile floors and sealing the grout. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. I'll be calling them again when I need the grouting re-sealed.
