Great job. Haven't seen any live ones since spray

The technician who comes to the house is very knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns, as well as friendly. We saw rapidly diminishing numbers of bugs after the first visit and virtually none after that down to zero. Yet we were able to accomplish this without blasting the house with chemicals and irritating us or our pets. We also had a thorough termite treatment done inside and out.

This is the second time I have used Az Pest control. I was called and asked if I would like the service an hour earlier than scheduled, which was great. They showed up at the exact time as agreed upon. The service man was very concern about getting his booties on so nothing was tracked in my house. clearly explained the service both inside and out. I was pleased with service and will use again.

The actual service tech is very thorough and very quick. He was actually able to come out and respond between services when we had some issues pop up.

Baiting done in areas where roaches reported after initial spraying, nowhere else. technician was smart and pleasant.

It is a two part treatment, the provider did the job as asked, was on time, friendly, and professional. My complaint would be that the treatments did not help.

The people were very nice and professional. My only complaint is, it seems like we have more spiders than ever, and still had red ants in the back yard. Not sure if they just didn't spray for those particular kinds of pests, or what.

Got this with a special for $61. The special said they would spray inside and out. (I'm not very sure about the date that the service took place.) They came when they said they would, looked and acted professionally, and sprayed. They were here approximately 15 minutes and said they sprayed everything. Not very long for a thorough spray in my estimation. A week later, I still had bugs getting in the house. I called to let them know. They said to wait a while for the poison to take effect. When I still had bugs getting in, I called again. They made another excuse--they shined me on. I felt I paid in good faith for a service that didn't work. Additional information and updated score: My original overall score for them was a D and I have now upgraded that to an A After leaving the above review, I received a call from customer service. He was sorry I had a bad experience and promised to make it right. He sent out someone who really listened to me this time and spent quite a lot of time making sure he got everything. He even found an access area to under the house that I didn't know existed. He also came back three weeks later to follow up and respray. I haven't seen any bugs. They seem to have been successful this time. I think that you can tell the quality of a company by how they handle problems. Once my problem got noticed by the right person, everything was well taken care of. I was impressed. I will call them again in the spring.

I will have them back out at a later date to perform the treatment. It was good!

Very professional and honest

This was the second time the service was done, and both times we were extremely satisfied with the service. Each time we were asked about any problems, and the agent listened and preformed the treatment based on what we told him.

Called and arranged a date and time, arrived on time and very professional.

Inside inspection was not very thorough. Outside didn't notice the front portion of infestation. Their product, Termidor, seems to be impressive and works for 10 yrs although their warranty is for only 4 yrs. Price was on the high side.

Job was done neatly, quickly and professionally.

After posting a review last week that I had been waiting for well over a week for the company to set up the appt. to actually do the work (they had already come out to look at the house and yard), a rep called me the next to apologize for the delay and to "make things right." We set up an appt. for the next day/time convenient to me and the workman showed up and was on time. The young man was very professional and presented himself and the company very well. The rep that called me also offered an additional 2 months of service at no cost to make up for the delay in setting up the work appt. I was very happy with the work and the responsiveness off the company and its representatives.

don't know, they just sprayed on the 8th or 9th and I haven't talked to my renter yet. The first spray cost $150.00 and the re-spray cost another $100.00. When I talked to the technician the first time I asked him to email an invoice which wasn't taken care of until I called the office both times.

The provider sprayed inside and out. I didn't have a lot of insects before they sprayed, but did have a scorpion in the garage. After spraying I had a dead scorpion in the hall. About three weeks later, I had a live scorpion on my bedroom wall which I had never had before and a half dead scorpion in the laundry. I called and they were very punctual about coming back and respraying the inside (were there that morning). I have not had any more since. They sprayed outside on 6/28/2013. I have a friend who has a spraying service for about half the price and she hasn't had any issues with scorpions since having her house sprayed.

The service was good. They offered me a subscription service, but I declined it.
