We found termite tubes as we were cleaning up the yard this fall in preparation to sell our house. We called Arizona Pest Control and they sent John to give us an estimate two days later. He was fantastic and even took care of some wasps with a can of Raid we had on hand. I forgot to request the Angie's List coupon and called Sandy at the office. She had John call me back while he was still out on other calls. When I spoke to John, he immediately took it off the coupon charges and said how much fun he had at our house. Fun with bugs...these guys really must love their jobs! They came and completed the treatment the following week. The warranty transfers to the new owner without any additional fees or paperwork. I highly recommend Arizona Pest Control!

They are extremely nice and do a great job at keeping out all sorts of pests from my home. They come out every 2 months and will even come out in between if we notice any issues. All their employees are very nice and very good!

Professional from the word go. On the phone, the office scheduler set up an appointment for the estimator to come and determine what termite solution was needed. In doing so, an actual time for the appointment was set rather than a 2 or 3 hour window for him to show up. The estimator was professional and addressed our concerns thoroughly while at the same time giving some advice on how to treat other household pests. A termite contract was settled upon and after taking appropriate measurements of the area to be covered, we were left with a contract to be scheduled for the actual service. A day or two later, the service techicians arrived right on time. They were friendly, professional, and thorough in the work performed. Suffice it to say, from the office scheduler to the finished product all was done smoothly.

AZ pest Control is friendly and timely. They have been doing my pest control for years at all my homes that I havelived at. They are professional and our technician is a sweetheart.

I rated AZ Pest fair to poor in several categories for multiple reasons which I will detail. My bad experience with them has been ongoing and is primarily with the management. Frequently I have to explain to the management that I want to be at the home during service. And on occasion I've asked (prior to them coming out) to have service moved to a later date if rain is forecasted or looking imminent. Since I am retired and at the home quite often this really should not be a problem. Never the less, I frequently have to reiterate to management and am pressed to defend my position that I want service to be performed while someone is at the home and I've been pressed to defend why I want to reschedule service if I have reason to believe it will be raining. I understand they don't want to miss a day of work (and service fees) due to rain, but I'm paying a premium and I'm interested in getting optimum performance. Another problem occurs if service hasn't been performed on the inside of he house in awhile and is due. I'll suggest they move the date out a week when they and I are both available so service can be performed both inside and out at the same time. They usually try to convince me otherwise and I am usually pressed to defend my position on this issue, too. This does get rather annoying after awhile. Most recently service was performed at my house on a day when it was looking like rain was imminent. I didn't expect we'd have rain that early in the day, otherwise I would have postponed. I said up front before they started that if they are interrupted by rain then they will have to come back out to repeat the exterior application. They said okay to that. It began raining while they were still working around the house, and not all treated areas were even dry when the rain started. So as stated prior to treatment, I said they'll have to come back to which they said okay - their only exception is that I'd have to wait two weeks. I agreed to that. The following day I called to set up the service and as usual I ran into the typical problem with management. I've never had a service arrangement with any provider on Angie's List where I've had poor personal interactions with management. It seems AZ Pest is more interested in money and less interested in service. Management wanted to charge me a second time for redoing the service that was interrupted by rain - even though the service tech was advised prior to starting work and agreed to two weeks later after it rained. Based on this experience and one other at the beginning or our service relationship, I get the impression that their mode of operation is to get you to agree to a "redo" IF you see a problem develop after the service, then to charge you again for that redo. I've really not enjoyed the service relationship with AZ Pest control. I've considered canceling with them many times but was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately it never improved. I would not recommend them based on my experience with management - and I've asked them to cancel our service agreement.

We called and made the appointment to have them come out about a large ant problem we have been having in the backyard. I explained to the man that came out about the problem and showed him where the ant hill is. We began to discuss the impact of spraying on my 2 children and dog. He mentioned that we just have to keep the kids and dog inside when they come out to spray every other month. I stopped him and said that I didn't want a service, I simply wanted a one time treatment to the ant hill. He responded that they don't do any kind of one time treatment, it is a repeating service or nothing. I thanked him for coming out and sent him on his way. It was a complete waste of my time and his. No where on their website do they state they don't do one time treatments.

Spoke with Dino by telephone and scheduled all work to be done. Dino and his staff showed up on time performed the work. The whole experience was positive and the problem was solved.

Service was great and the tech was attentive to our input and questions.

Inspection was prompt and thorough. Scheduling for treatment was arranged quickly. Anthony showed up right on time and the information received from both Stephen and Anthony was much appreciated. I haven't used any pest control company previously and was expecting less than the pleasant service than I received. I will use this company next time I need this service, not only for the professional treatment process but also because this company seems to value ethical practices.

Both appts were punctual. However the first appt with the termite inspector & his trainee was confusing because of incorrect name, address, property history & current pest control information & who I booked the appt thru on his paperwork. Once part of that was straightened out, it did seem as tho most of this visit was spent on training the trainee rather than seeking out termites. As well, this inspector was adamant that my home had a history of termite infestation, saying that while there are none present at this time, it was just a matter of time before they return, altho I have written evidence that previous termite infestation in my home is not a fact. The second appt went routinely. The pest control person was polite, professional & seemed to be very experienced.

We had a pretty serious termite issue and we called them in for a consultation. We liked talking to them and learning about their services so we decided to hire them. They did a lot for us. We were really happy with them. The workers were very personable and they did a good job explaining the product and what they were doing. They were pretty nice people to talk to. I never had anything that I had done before so I don’t know about the price but it seemed reasonable for what we got done. It was really timely. I signed up for a warranty with them, so I will be working with them for the next five years or so until the treatment is over.

The inspector, Jeff, was very courteous and professional, so are the crew members. They called in advance to let me know that due to the rain they could only perform partial treatment but will come back another day. Jeff also called to check up on the progress. The overall experience was very good. The only problem was that I didn't know that they didn't deal with escrow so I had to pay first with my personal check and get the receipt for reimbursement from escrow, hopefully they will also branch out to that department in the future.

They were on time and then, they come back periodically and check that their work is satisfactory and doing its job. They were okay. They were good. They did exactly what they said they would do. I could have gotten someone cheaper, but I wanted the quality one. So, they were good.

To be brief, signed a contract for the company to come every other month to spray for the ants. I don't care to have the house structure in one large sawdust pile. Am not sure whether the ants came in from outside or whether they were pre-existing when I bought the "new" place in the summer 2014.
