Arizona Pest Control

All of the scheduling was done by phone and the people were very professional and courteous. Things happened when they said they would and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the price. A great Angie's List Big Deal!

I purchased the one time pest control service on Angie's list by Az Pest Control. I scheduled the appointment. The inspector showed up on time and told of his companies services. There was no pressure and he was friendly and professional. A couple of days later the house was sprayed. The person doing the spraying was prompt, polite, and very professional. He did above and beyond what I thought they would do. If I decide to go with a monthly service, it will be Az Pest Control. They are a great company.

We have noticed a decrease in the evidence of packrat presence.

They came when they said they would come and I haven't had any pests since.

What was great is that they put us on monthly service and as soon as we decided we didn't need it any more, they stopped without any hassle.

Service date was scheduled very quickly after phone call. Service man described the treatment to eliminate small bugs from getting in the house and worked with us in specific treatment areas.

I scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. That was good. The bad was that the guy didn't have any clue as to what the service was associated with the Big Deal. He spent 10 minutes trying to sell me a full pest control plan. When it was clear that wasn't what I wanted, then he hemmed and hawed about what this service actually involved. Finally, he went to his truck and called someone. Then he came back and went about spraying stuff here and there. I actually did have a pest service for a while, and I know the maintenance service that they do every few months. I thought it would be similar -- pretty basic, just spraying inside and out, creating a barrier. I guess he did that, but he seemed a bit surly about the whole thing. Worst of all, it seemed to be completely ineffectual. We don't really have a lot of pests in general, but if anything the incidence of pests increased after the service. When I had a service plan, I know this did not happen. So I don't know exactly what he did but I think it was pretty much equivalent to nothing. On top of which he made me sign a bunch of papers that said that this came without any warranty, etc. I was happy to do that if the service was good, but I think it was basically just a scam to try to get people to sign up for their regular service. UPDATE: Arizona Pest Control called me and offered to come out for free and redo the treatment. They were quite apologetic about the poor experience; apparently the person who was sent was not the regular person who did this service, and so was not familiar with what was to be done. The person who came out the second time was very thorough, taking about an hour, and seemed to do a careful job. I much appreciate that they went out of their way to make it right, and I would now definitely use them again if I needed pest control.

We purchased an 8 year old home and it stood empty about a month befroe we arrived in Tucson. Upon arrival, we saw a few spiders and other little crawlys, so decided to do a pest control to clear everythig up. Our technician, Chris, went all around the inside and out side of our home and shop. He wore booties inside (nice touch) and left everything neat and orderly. He was a very nice guy and answered any questions we had. All in all, a very pleasant sevice call.

I'd had a contract with them for routine spraying in the past. They have been very reliable and reasonable to work with. They do provide good service and really take care of problems as they come up.

I have a yearly contract with them. They had the best price when I started using them, and I just stuck with them. They are very reliable and very dependable. When I had a problem, I had called them, and they came out within two hours.

They are local people because we would like to use local people as much as possible. The guys are very knowledgeable and they were very nice.

I used them through the big deal that Angie’s List had just recently. They were very good. They were very professional. They missed the first appointment we scheduled but they got me the next day. They showed up on time.

They call the day before they're going to come. They are very punctual, the price is right, and whatever pest control formula they use is working. Their professionalism is great and I will continue to use them again in the future.

I canceled my service because they kept raising the price. I had a problem with ants, and they didn't seem to be able to control them.

very well. Inspection appeared very thorough and no indication of termites were found. A detailed discussion of termite possible problems followed and possible preventative measures followed. Estimates were given with no sales pressure. The inspector was very nice, very professional, very informative. I apppreciated the fact that he recommended that iI seek other estimates. I will most likely select one of his offers. Total time of visit approx. 11/2 hr.

The service was purchased 4 years ago, and it has been very satisfactory. There is an occasional communication by email, which is acceptable... it is 3 or 4 times a year, not twice a week like some retailers bombard me with!! The box for " professionalism" is a B, which is only because of an office billing mix-up. They had not sent me an annual bill last year, and there had been some sort of confusion in the billing office. The issue was sorted out satisfactorily by phone.

They spray my house. He also took the time to check on any specials that I might qualify for during a future service.

They were on time and polite. They explained everything. I would recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job. After spraying, they used the brush to clean under roof edges and asked me if I had any unusual bug problems.

The Bimonthly spraying and once a year spraying inside the house is done well. The yearly termite inspection involves inspections and treatment if termites are found.

If I ever have any problems after they have just been out, they will come back at no charge to re-spray. Mike is very exceptional! He is courteous and always on time. He advises me on problems and goes out of his way to clean the light traps and clear the cobwebs. It is truly exceptional customer service.

They will leave a note if they come and you aren’t there. They do let you know when they are coming. I was concerned about packrats and they explained that they could do it but it would be expensive. I appreciated their honesty.
