They are excellent. The main house was way above the space allowed on the coupon and we had them do the guest house as well.

Everyone was prompt, professional, and friendly. They also did a follow up and answered questions.

Went good. Man was here for about 45 minutes which if I was paying the retail price of 200.00, I would think it was high but for the 61 dollar deal it was good.

They're very informative and everything. And actually they did happen to come out for the issue that I had which they did take care of that as well, that was a separate incident and the came out and took care of that as well.

At first they wanted to come over and give me an estimate. I told them I just want my outside of my house sprayed as the Angie's List coupon indicated. After talking with them ..... they decided they could do just that. Worked out well.

We noticed bees swarming in and out of an external vent of our house. Arizona Pest Control sent a representative (Chris) the same day we called. He sprayed insecticide into and around the vent, killing all the bees in and around the area. On the invoice, he detailed the names and amounts of each chemical in the insecticide spray, so we could look them up for more details on their action and toxicity. Finally, he hung a trap near the vent, to attract and killed any bees that might have been away from the hive but later returned. This caused a small problem, in that the trap worked only too well! It not only attracted the bees that returned to the hive later that day, but continued to attract new swarms each day, apparently harvesting them from the neighborhood around us. We called Chris four days later; he returned and removed the trap. Problem solved! We have had no further problems with bees.

They were fine. They came out and performed the work and I have no complaints.

The quality of the business transaction was a bit frustrating: I did not get a full picture of the problem and possible solutions when the evaluation of our termite problem was done in August of 2012. And so I paid for a "spot" treatment and was assured this would take care of the problem. (The termites re-surfaced in October in the same area! I also learned from another technician and company that problems tend to resurface after 120 days. No one at Az Pest Control ever explained this to us.) I also had to make more than one phone call to have AZ Pest Control email me the contract and receipt for the work they did in October 2012 (the more extensive and warrantied termite treatment). The termite problem resurfaced in March 2013 and so the warrantied treatment option came in handy. Hector came out and retreated the problem area. Treatment required drilling into Mom's brick home, which concerned me, but Hector did plug those holes with a "cement" product. Mom, however, does appreciate the demeanor of the latest employee who has been out--Hector. He has a reassuring manner and has offered to come out immediately (left his direct line) when and if evidence of termite activity appears. My big concern is this: some of these service companies pay commission to their employees; hence, the more business (problems?) they generate, the more the employee makes. The problem is that there is great incentive NOT to mention details that could save the customer money. I am speculating here: but then why did the first 2 technicians NOT give us full information? I suggest members start inquiring about how a company pays its employees. If commission or "service plans" are any part of the deal, avoid the company.

Excellent service and performance

They were very good. I paid $900 for the first time and the second time, it was $70. They came and got the job done. They were personable and seemed to know what they were doing. First time, they arrived a little late; but it was not something that they could have controlled. I didn't shop around for the price.

As soon as work is done I will do a followup.

Chris called to confirm time of appointment. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Within a very short time found the wasp nest in our air vent, removed the nest and sprayed the vents. He clean up all the dead wasps, check our other vents in the house and on the roof. I asked about their other pest control services and was given a listing of services and prices. I mentioned that I would like the house and yard sprayed in about a week and Chris called me 3 days later to set up an appointment. I was so impressed with him that I signed a yearly contract for pest control. Again he called the day before to confirm, arrived on time, and explained the process of what he was doing. He was polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. I have used several other pest control companies in Tucson but no one matches the service I received with Chris at Arizona Pest Control. They are the best in town!!

E-mailed AZ Pest 3 times to set up appointment, no response first two e-mails, they did respond on 3rd e-mail. Technician came out, looked over our property very throughly and called into office to schedule our spraying on outside. Some confusion as to what exactly Angies Big Deal coupon services included, he perseved calling owner of AZ Pest for clearification, got us scheduled. On the work order the technician stated the service for Outside walls to be sprayed and glue boards to be placed in garages (both). It was not stated at anytime that only one garage would be treated inside. March 15 AZ Pest technician came out right on time, started spraying but stated onlky one garage (single car, the smallest) was to be treated and placed ONE glue board in two car garage, because that is all he had with him, the earlier appointment had taken his supply, we had an 11:30 appointment.......we were told he stop by on March 18, Monday to place the remaining glue boards. Well, it is now March 25, and no additional glue boards. Do get in writing clarification on what is to be sprayed, we had assumed that since the estimator examined the intertior of BOTH garages Both would be treated. Wrong Even with glue boards to be installed on work order, that didn't happen either. A disappointed experience.

The representative came on time, explained exactly what service he would perform and the service provided on a contractural basis. I felt comfortable entering into a full year contract with him so that is what I did.

Came promptly for an estimate and for repair work. Did full perimeter evaluation. Workers were professional and they left the garage as it was when they arrived. I was so satisfies that I have moved my periodic pest control services to them.

Great! They serviced a rental house and a house that I recently sold. I was so pleased with them that I now have them service my home quarterly.

The Technician arrived early got right to work and did a good job. I am still finding dead bugs after many weeks!

The Arizona Pest Control technician arrived at the pre-arranged time we agreed upon. He was very professional in his manner and took the time to explain to me his stragedy of how he intended to control the pests on my property. Once he assured the safety of my family and pets, he went to work. And work it did!. I haven't seen any pests since he performed the service and that was almost a month ago.

I was happy with the job they did; I, however, was able to find on my own another company that used the exact same chemical, guaranteed the job as well, and for a few hundred less. I cannot, however, find any fault with AZ Pest as far as the work they did. I am not 100% certain as to the exact cost as it was on my credit card but I do know that it was a few hundred dollars more than the company I used at a second location.

Prior to us leaving at 7:00 A.M. the company sent a representative to our home to spray. We are very pleased with their responsiveness, integrity and expertise. We will contract with them for a yearly inspection.

On the appointment date the sales person arrived prompty, inspected and measured the property, and told us our options. He told us that the $59 Angies List special applied only up to 2500 sq ft dwellings. Since ours was 2680, it would be $50 more. I was a bit surprised that the price would almost double for an extra 180 sq ft, especially since I was only having them treat the exterior, but decided not to argue since I figured that is how they make their money. I also had him inspect my termite control system, and give me a quote for a termite treatment. It seemed reasonable, as I found similar deals on Angies List. Two weeks later, on the treatment day, the technician called an hour ahead of the appointment and asked if he could arrive early. I was fine with that since I had errands to run later, so he was at my home 10 minutes later, and completed the job within a half hour. I found this company to be professional and punctual. Since I wasn't having major bug issues, and it is now winter, I won't be able to determine how effective their treatment is. I will definitely consider them if I need pest treatment in the future.

The company representative arrived on time and promptly began their work. They were very professional and you could see from their equipment that they were ready to address any problems that one might have with pests and termites. I was also impressed when one of the supervisors arrived and rolled up his sleeves and helped the other workmen with the project. Excellent team work with this company.
