What a great job! Nasty coffee stain from my living area is gone, all the foot traffic dirt was removed, and in a very quick amount of time! Arrived when he said he would, and lowered the price he estimated! How can you lose with service like this?

Brett quoted $193 over the phone on 8/8/2012 based upon my description of what needed to be done. We set up appointment at the time of the quote for 8/10/2012. Brett arrived on time a was professional, and we discussed a couple of areas of the sofa that were particularly dirty. He was able to conpletely get these areas clean. Great job, extremely satisfied.

Our dog is elderly, has lost some elimination control and informed us of the fact by leaving various types of mess on the carpet (you get the picture). Brett at Goodfellaz took my call right away and was able to schedule me for a cleaning the very next day. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He showed openess and candor when he immediately voiced concerns about removing some of the deeper colored stains. However, since I'd not attempted to clean these stains with any "over the counter" products, he was able to remove all traces of the dirt and stains. The deodorizer was effective without being overpowering. My carpets look better than they did when they were installed over a year ago! Great job and I will definitely use him again.

Brett was very easy to work with. I called him the week before and received a quote over the phone. It was very easy to schedule with him and he arrived in the 2 hour period that he quoted me. He went right to work and vacuum all my carpeting before he cleaned it. He talked to me about come concerns he had about some stains and also listen to me about some bad experiences I had with past carpet cleaning. He was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets. He also was less expensive then the other 3 places I called. I enjoyed having the owner cleaning my carpeting instead of random people that you get from the bigger companies.

This is the second time that I have used Goodfellaz carpet cleaning, and I plan to use Brett again. in the near future to clean a rental property. He is very professional and does a great job. I had several old stains on my Berber carpet from my pet (not urine, but food and vomit). He was able to clean them all with no leftover trace. Plan to spend the day away from the carpeted areas; they remain wet for approx 6 -8 hours and Brett advises not to walk on them. If you are sensitive to scent/smell/perfume, the odor from the solution may seem strong. I have to be cautious around such scents, but found I was able to tolerate it after a few hours. I highly recommend Goodfellaz Floor Care; his work is outstanding.

Brett did a great job. I have an older dog that had urinated on several spots on the carpet. He got every stain out and the carpets look fantastic. He was very pleasant and professional. He arrived during the window he said he would, and the price was the exact same he quoted over the phone. I found Brett on Angie's List. He did not try to sell me other products or more rooms, and emailed me a great quote for future tile/grout cleaning (at my request, he did not initiate it). I chose Brett because he uses green, plant based chemicals that are safe for children and pets, and because he had great reviews on Angie's List. I will definately use him again. There are other companies that might be a little cheaper, but I feel I paid a fair price for the quality and professionalsim I received. I highly recommend Brett with Goodfellaz for your floor cleaning needs.

Brett's in-person quote was the same as the phone quote. He vacuumed first with what appeared to be an industrial strength Dyson sweeper. He then brought in some corner guards for around the corners of the walls and furniture for protection. He worked from the back of the house to the hub of our activity. We could see steam coming from the sweeper he was using, it sounded like a volcano ready to erupt with a huge noise and all sorts of steam rolling out. He ran the sweeper over the areas numerous times, not once or twice, like I've had with some other cleaners.When Brett was finished, he quietly packed up and presented an invoice on his iPad. He promptly emailed us a receipt and gave us a bottle of cleaner. He had us walk the area with him prior to paying to ensure the status of the pre-existing stains. Most were gone, the glue was invisible, the chocolate milk stain was gone and many of the urine stains were much better. The reddish stains were now a light light red, but granted, the carpet is 11 years old and we experimented with numerous chemicals on the red stains before the professional arrived. The house and carpet smells fresh and clean. We didn't need to use the additional sanitizer. Overall, the carpet cleaning took just under two hours. Other cleaners have completed the job in around an hour, so we felt we were getting a better job with emphasis on ensuring it was well-done. Also he has these little booties to wear on the carpet as you check it out, so you won't slip or dirty the carpet. Nice touch.

Brett met my husband at the house on time. He took great pride in the work he did. He pre-treated any stains found and told my husband that there was one stain in particular that he thought was not removable. The carpet looked and smelled 100% better. We will use him again when the need for carpet cleaning is necessary.

The guys that I worked with was on time and they were very personable. They did an excellent job. I had them a few months prior and they did their best to get some stains out on my floors.

Moved into a new house and had construction and drywall dust everywhere. Carpets and area rugs look great after being cleaned. Will definitely use them in the future for carpet cleaning.
