Overall, you cannot beat GoodfellAZ for price/value. Brett did a very good job on general carpet cleaning as well as dirty (from normal wear/traffic) areas. The one area that we were not satisfied with was how well he cleaned several pet stains (usually vomit). He did explain upfront that he may not be able to fully get those stains out, so it's not that he misled us in any way. However, I do believe that other companies could have / would have been able to do a better job getting those stains out. But, of course, we would have paid a lot more for the overall job. My basic recommendation is, if you don't have specific stains and just want an overall carpet cleaning job, you can't beat GoodfellAZ.

Owner was punctual and professional. He cleaned all the carpets in the agreed amount of time at the estimated price. I thought highly enough of the services rendered to have them bid on cleaning my area rugs as well. I would highly recommend this company

I looked for an A rating and when I saw this, plus the fact that this is a "green" company, I called and received an immediate call-back from the owner. Great overall service.

I was happy they made it out same day I called. This was very important as I just closed on a new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving furniture in. There were a few dark areas and pet urine stains that they were able to remove. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the work. I paid the same price I was quoted.

There is one man that comes out, the owner, and does the work. He was on time and it didn?t take very long.

My carpet needed some serious cleaning with two dogs that like to chew bones on the carpet in the hallway. This carpet had very bad stains and I didn't think it was possible to get them all out. But he did! The carpet looks better than it has in years. Brett came on time and was a pleasure to work with. I was more than pleased, he was great and charged a very reasonable fee for what he accomplished. I will be telling my friends at the dogpark!!!

Got Goodfellaz name off of Angie's List. Called. Very responsive and gave cost estimate. Came 3 days later. On time. Friendly and professional. Recommended Scotchguard for all surfaces. It raised the cost slightly -- maybe $50 -- but I hope it will be worth it in protecting the surfaces. Gave printed sheet on suggestion on keeping carpet clean. Seemed to be very responsive and customer-service oriented, in addition to providing a great service. Great job! Will use again.

I had no problems with him. He was prompt and responsive. I think some people might be put off with by his appearance because he came wearing a torn, cut off short which was not very professional but he was a very young guy. He did an okay job and the price was very reasonable.

Brett returned my inquiry call into his services promptly and was available at the exact time we needed him. He charged us exactly the price quoted over the phone, which was $150. We thought that price was very reasonable for the work he did. Brett showed up right on time, was personable and even helped my husband move some furniture. Our couch is looking like new, and he did what he could with our carpets, as they have taken some heavy wear and tear. We would recommend him to anybody and will use his services again. To top it all off, he uses environmentally friendly products, which was very important to us having a son with asthma.

Brett came to clean three carpeted rooms and a sectional sofa. He was a little late because of a flat tire but had called ahead to let me know. He cleaned the rooms quickly and got the sofa ready to be cleaned. After reading the label on the sofa he said his water treatment method could possible damage the fabric but offered to spot clean it free of charge. He ended up being able to get a few noticeable spots off. Brett was very professional and friendly. He only uses plant-based cleaning solution that is safe to use in a home and eco-friendly, which was important for us with a new baby on the way. The carpets look clean and don't smell of chemicals!
