Brett arrived right on time and got to work very quickly. In addition to doing great work, he is a very friendly guy and I would trust him completely in my home. I have used another company that I found on Angie's List in the past, but I will be using Brett exclusively from now on. His prices are very fair, his customer service is great and he exemplifies the best things about small business owners. Highly recommended.

Brett gave me a quote over the phone & set up an appointment within a few days. He arrived on time & got right to work. He protected the corners of the walls before he pulled the hose through the house. He completed the work in about one hour & all three rugs looked great. He asked me to inspect them before accepting payment. I was very pleased with his work.

Brett returned my call promptly and we set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time, vacuumed all areas thoroughly, then started the steam-cleaning process. He was done within 2.5 to 3 hours, leaving everything looking fresh & clean. All spots & traffic paths were gone!

Answered my call on fist try. Quoted a price after a brief description of the areas, and stuck to the price on arrival. No up charges. Arrived on time. Pleasant interaction. Service took about an hour, and cleaned up when done. Great experence.

I had a wonderful experience with Goodfellaz! I left a message for Brett and he called back within 10 minutes to give me information and schedule an appointment. He charged $99 to clean the carpets in three bedrooms, and didn't charge me extra for the large master bedroom closet (which had some stains). He said he would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 (I know - amazing to get a thirty minute window from a service provider!!!) and he rang the bell at 9:10. He was professional, courteous, and very friendly. Brett's work was impeccable. He protected the house, spent ample time working on difficult stains, and my carpets practically look new! He thought of everything - he turned off the ceiling fans while spraying chemicals but turned them back on before leaving to help with drying the carpet. He even left me booties for everyone at the house so we could continue with life while the carpet was wet. I had a fabulous experience with Goodfellaz and would highly recommend Brett and his company to anyone looking for carpet cleaners.

On the morning of our carpet cleaning, we were dismayed to see that Phoenix was experiencing heavy rains. It didn't matter. Brett was on time and ready to clean the carpets. This company is awesome! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants timely, professional, and top-notch service. Brett also cleaned a cream sectional couch and it looks fantastic as well! He also gave us a discount upon seeing the size of our sectional couch, which was very appreciated. As an added feature, Brett was able to email a copy of the invoice from his IPAD device to cut down on paper. I love a green company. In a word, I am very thankful that I chose this company to clean my carpets!

HE came on time and got right to work. The carpets never looked cleaner! He also gave me a complimentary spot remover bottle to keep. I would highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Brett! He's is very reasonably priced and does an exceptional job. Brett is responsive, professional and prompt. He is very polite and respectful. I work from a home office. Brett cleaned my office first, so I could get back to work. He is very thorough and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he was done! In the past 18 months, I had another carpet cleaning company clean my carpets, twice. When Brett arrived, I told him I basically wanted to "know" the carpets are clean, but that I understand the carpets are older and may not look any different after he is done. Not only do I know my carpets are clean, but they look clean, too! He was able to get stains out and get rid of dirt in high traffic areas that the other company couldn't/didn't.

Brett went the extra mile and agreed to book my appointment for the day after Thanksgiving. He arrived early and the carpets looked like new when he was done.

He was done in record time. The results were not that great, but we knew they would not be since we had spots from animals in the carpet.

Every aspect of the experience was great. The phone call, the appointment and the cleaning job were as professional as one could want. I did have them come back a second time to touch up a couple very stubborn spots. Realistically I never expected the spots to be removed by anyone, as they were very old and impossible to remove. To my surprise they removed 90% of both spots! I was amazed and very pleased. Goodfellaz will be cleaning carpets at a couple friends homes very soon!

I called Goodfellaz and got a response within 15 minutes from Brett. His company had good reviews on Angie's List and I am so pleased that I tried the company out. I asked to have my carpets cleaned in my 3100 sq. ft. home within 2 days, and he readily replied in the affirmative. Brett showed up on time, was very professional,and did a great job. I have had many carpet cleaning companies over the years but never have any of them vaccumed before cleaning. I had even told Brett that I had vaccumed the entire house the day before! I would heartily reccommend Goodfellaz to anyone.

Brett arrived punctually. He surveyed the areas to be cleaned and promptly went to work. He actually cleaned many larger areas than just the ones where the cat had been. Very polite and cheerful young man, no wasted motions. Overall, an outstanding service experience, an excellent value for the work performed. I recommend him highly, with no reservation.

Brett was on time. He did a very good job cleaning up a couple of tough stains. I called a different company previously, and they said that they wouldn't be able to access my condo. Brett was able to perform the same service, using the same equipment that the other company claimed wouldn't fit. Also, Brett's price was lower.

Brett showed up on scheduled day about 25 minutes late due to traffic on the 101. I showed him the rooms to be done plus pointed out any stains. He vacumed all rooms first then applied cleaner to stain areas. When he started the actual carpet cleaning he used corner guards on the walls to protect the hose from rubbing. First time I had seen that done. He spent approximately 3.5 hrs from start to finish and even carried the area rugs out to the garage for cleaning as a precaution in case of bleeding through. He also cleaned the carpet in the walk in closet of the mstrbd which I forgot to mention over the phone. The final bill was the same as the estimate given over the phone. Brett did a great job and my wife was quite pleased when she came home that evening. I have already reccommended Brett to a neighbor who asked how the service was. The price might be just a little higher then normal, but is worth it for the job he does. Remember, he is the owner of the business and has some years of experience cleaning carpets. Nice guy and easy to work with.

Brett initially came on time as scheduled to give estimate for job. He explained work to be done and gave quote. Set date to do work, and again he arrived on time, went right to work and did an EXCELLENT JOB on both the carpets and tile. I would recommend Brett very highly and will use him again.

Did a great job. Came after closing (at our request), Carpet was very dirty. Even left us a small bottle of carpet spot cleaner.

Brett, the owner, came exactly on time. Uses a large enclosed trailer for his cleaning equipment--very professional. He walked around with me to see what rooms I wanted cleaned, what areas or stains needed special attention and then he started working. He used shields on the hall corners of the wall whenever a hose went around the corner, to protect the wall from any scratches (never saw that done before). He was done in under two hours and the carpets looked brand new! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to neighbors and friends.

The carpets in my rental house were VERY dirty. There was excessive grime and dirt pushed into the fibers. Goofellaz showed up on time and took extra care to be sure to remove everything. I have a 3,200 sqft home and since most of it was carpeted, there was considerable work involved. I'm very pleased with the results.
