Description of Work: My review is based on the company's response to my request for an estimate. I called them this past summer for an estimate on cleaning two bathroom tile floors. The person I spoke to identified himself as the owner and said he would have his son contact me for an appointment. After not hearing from anyone for a week after the first call, I called them a second time. Once agsinst I spoke with the owner who apologized for failing to advise his son to contact me and said he would follow up on it. To date no one from this business has contacted me.

Description of Work: Replace 8 chipped hand painted titles on kitchen counter and re-grouted entire counter where needed. Also re-grouted bathroom tile. Although not included in original estimate, vendor also (free of charge) fixed grouting on bath tub which was sloppy done by some other workman. We are very pleased with the work performed by this vendor and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: They worked on the Spanish tiles of an entry way and staircase. The old finish was stripped off of everything(tiles and grout). Cracked, loose or missing grout was repaired or replaced. Loose tiles were fixed and a new high gloss sealer was applied.

Description of Work: Andrew came to bid my tile regrouting/cleaning in my bathroom and gave me a bid on the spot. I then booked him to come out a few weeks later to do the work. I had a handyman rushing to get the other work in the bathroom done thinking Andrew would be there on the day he was scheduled. I called him the day before to make absolutely sure he was coming and i got a text from him that night saying he was taking off for the weekend and wouldn't be back for 4 days. So he was a no-show. Bewildering considering he seemed quite responsible when i met him. I wouldn't have been so upset had he just given my some advance notice but he didn't.
