My Computer Works

Excellent. Just needed to let the computer do updates after restarting.

I lucked across this company about four years ago when my old computer was locked up. I called them, they did not call me which is important. They have given me free advice on little things but when I need more help they spend as many hours as necessary to go through things. Their work is guaranteed for 30 days so when I had a repeat of a problem they fixed it. I was thrilled and relieved. Their techs are always polite and professional and never make me feel stupid. That's really important to me.

Perfectly..may have to wait for a return phone call, they are busy folks. But never long have I waited. Exemplary company. I REALLY don't know what I'd do without them.

This is actually a 2-part story, but the bottom line is the folks at MCW really care about their customers and are computer experts to both advise, diagnose, and fix computer related problems. They will also give guidance if one needs to purchase a new computer and related accessories. I am not very "techie" so find having MCW just a phone call away helps me stay relaxed if i have a problem w/ my computer!

Very well-tech(Mark) was very nice.

my computer works responded to my call within 15 minutes, it took 20 minutes to repair.. they took command of my computer. i had a cup of coffee

Tech was very for knowledgeable and able to fix the problem.

They performed a wonderful service. The technician I had was extremely patient, kind and did excellent work! The whole company from setting up the appointment, to the supervisor and the technician, were very professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend! On another note, I am disabled and was in one room, while my mother spoke with the technician fixing the computer in another...not the easiest of circumstances for the technician or my mother. The technician handled it with grace and professionalism. I can't put a grade that would do the technician justice. You can't put a grade high enough for a kind of professionalism, excellent work, humanity, and kindness that my mother and I received. Bottom Line: My computer was fixed, tuned up and cleaned for a reasonable price!

Very well. No complaints! Timely service!

Not good. Very expensive. Had a problem the next day and called them. Person that answered said someone would call me right back. NEVER DID. Had several more problems a few days later and a friend told me what to do. Angie's list called to see how everything went. I said not good and explained why. He said he would have them call me. NEVER GOT A CALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had the tune up done and technician found adware on my PC and removed. I also think my PC is running faster. I now have the peace of mind my PC is protected as well as the added benefit my questions will be answered in a response I understand not computer jargon.

Excellent. I have called My Computer Works several times since I have been a subscriber ( I have a monthly contract with them) and they have always assisted me when I called. They are very thorough when they work on a problem, helpful and make sure I am satisfied before they end the call..

Our company has had MCW for a number of years now - perhaps 5 or 6. I call when needed and they are always prompt in their reply - they listen carefully and follow through on all tasks. There are many months when I do not need service, but paying a monthly retainer is nothing when you are in dire strates regarding computer operations. MCW is extremely thorough without a thought for the time invested in doing the job correctly. Our firm highly recommends MCW.

It was great and he immediately saw that we were in different "time zones" and he spoke "2018 year old speak" rather than "1950 speak". In other words there were no complex discussions of my problems!!!!

I sent a message that I needed computer help. Received a call back within 30 minutes. Explained the problem. The tech took over my computer and reset the printer and now it works fine. I have been a customer for many years. When I replaced my new computer, they set up the new one and installed all the programs that I use. So appreciate their service. I pay by the year and can call anytime--wouldn't be without "My Computer Works".

Armando was knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time tuning up our computer, fixing problems and explaining everything to us. He was helpful, courteous and patient. Excellent service.
