For someonethat knows nothing about computers they fixed it and didnt make me feel like theidiot that i am when it comes to the computer.

Excellent! When the issue couldn’t be handled remotely s tech was sent to my house. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I got a virus on my computer that I knew was a scam. However, it was very threatening to me. I picked up the phone and called My Computer Works and I had a call back in a short period of time. Phil eliminated the virus threat and made sure my computer was free of any virus. I now have peace of mind again.

Great! The technician stayed on the phone with me until the problem was completely solved, including helping me to scan a picture - which was what I was attempting to do when I discovered the printer was offline.

Response within minutes. Very nice guys and patient,especially considering i'm not very tech savvy. Joined a couple of months ago-about $40.00 a month is the cost-can add up,but it's nice to know help is there whenever you need it. Sort of like Homeshield-you pay every month and wonder if it's worth it and then you end up saving hundreds of dollars. Definitley worth it. Plus,it's just really nice to deal w/friendly,knowledgable people who know what they're doing and don't make you feel like an idiot because you may not understand something.

Could not have gone any better. So nice to have an expert on the other end of the phone! My Computer Works was recommended by a friend when I was in dire straights.

From the initial phone call to the salutation, everything was performed as promised and quickly. The idea of having someone maintain my system and keeping it working is golden to me. IT WENT GREAT. I WAS UP AND RUNNING WITH-IN THE HOUR. THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. YOU HAVE A MONTHLY CHARGE BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I HAVE CALLED THEM MORE THAN ONCE AND THEY RESPOND WITH IN THE HOUR.

It went very well. The technician told me the reason my computer was taking so long to turn on is because I need a battery. He also checked to see if there was any other area that needed to be adjusted. The technicians go above and beyond. This company is a life saver, especially for someone that is not computer savvy. Thank you for everything you do.

My computer crashed due to Avast being incompatible with the April 2018 Windows 10 update. I have never hired a computer tech before because I have family members who can help me when I need it. This data loss was so extensive that I was desperate. I'm sure they would have done a good job for me if I hadn't figured out (with my son's help) what to do before they got here. There was little or nothing left for them to do. Maybe they would have been able to prevent some of my data loss but I kind of doubt it. I would hire them again but only if I was even more desperate than I was this time. It was a little annoying that the initial diagnosis over the phone was that I have an old computer and there was probably nothing that could be done. I thought that was a weak answer. I think they were just trying to get me to lower my expectations. There was no follow-up after the service.

They sell services to far more customers than they can actually service, hoping that most people will not contact them. Basically, their business plan is to collect as much money as possible from customers and hope that most never contact them. I have asked for a refund and they were supposed to call today and discuss it but, as I expected, didn't bother calling me. They are far more trouble than they are worth. The initial work they did created problems for my computer that I have not been able to fix and that they have not tried to fix since they do not honor their appointments.

All went well courteous techs Americans helpful in everyway Walter, Cody and Mark as well as Bo who worked out a payment plan........Great people who worked Hard to help an oldman who is computer illiterate.......Have not recieved invoice yet but sur it will be fair..... I Thank God that I found MCW Techs to be my go to computer help. Now all I have to do is learn how to use it....

Fine. Theses guys are I am not sure. In the area of 35-40 bucks per monthmagicians

Love this company. Customer service is the best. I signed up to pay a fee each month and am able to reach a tech whenever I call. I just leave a message and someone calls me back within 2 hours. (Sooner if the problem is critical). Their entire staff is wonderful, always eager to help with any problem. I can't give you a price because it depends on the work involved. I found them to be most reasonable and ask them about paying a monthly fee so you can call them when a problem arises.

My husband and I have both of our computers on a regular contract with My Computer Works to keep us up and running efficiently. I LOVE My Computer Works and have retained them for many years!!! As a REALTOR, I depend on my computer and appreciate that MCW's is always there when I need them most. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

It went very well. I hung up feeling I had all my worries solved. I have been a client for at least 5 years and the techs have never failed me. I recommend them without reservations. When I switched to a new computer, the transition went very well.

I have had 2 full days of help to get my computer back up & running. I have had great help from different technicians and great patience on their part. We have been clients for many years.
