These guys are the best! Always there when you need them the most. They take as long as is necessary to resolve the problem. It is money well spent for the peace of mind. Usually have me up and running in short order. Always solve the problem!

My tech, Gianni, was great. Removed the virus, cleaned up my Mac, downloaded updates. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Would definitely use them again.

A good experience for me. My PC could not open a word doc with multiple installs and uninstalls the PC was not functional. Upon the advise of the tech I purchased a new PC and I had him work on the transfers...he did a great job...its so challenging not to have the simplest of systems work like the opening of a document or email ...what we take for granted! I want to be able to rely on a effective tech company and I think I have found that with My Computer Works. I would highly recommend.

When I called it in to HughesNet, to report it, they connected me with Tech Support. I called on 20 August 2018, and they scheduled a Technician to come out in the morning of 22 August. So I had only to wait one day (21st) and that was great. The Tech came as scheduled, and had the issue resolved in less than an hour.

Very well. The problem was solved and the computer was optimized. Unneeded software unnstalled.

I began using My Computer Works several years ago. They have helped me with two crashes wherein my data was restored successfully and many other issues that have come up. I highly recommend their services to you whether you are a business with several employees or just an individual, self-employed person like I am. The price you pay versus the quality of their services is invaluable.

I have been a member for 10 years. Techs have always been knowledgeable and really spend time resolving problems. Sometimes it is my error, or need explanation, or taking the PC restarting from fresh. I have express with gives me the quickest response and I included my cell phone. Most service companies handle only hardware, most of my issues are software, which really need expertise.

As usual, the technician was able to identify the problem in a timely manner and get it fixed. I've subscribed to this service for many years now and they always do a great job.

As I explained in my follow up, it went terrific and Crystal even updated my malware protection for me after fixing initial problem. I have dealt with others, but i finally got on to a real good outfit. Keep up the good work.

Fine. Turns out my problem may be modem related.

My Computer Works has always responded promptly to my requests for computer problem service. There has not been a situation that they were not able to resolve, including assisting me transition all data from a hard drive "crash" to a new computer, identifying & extracting viruses, setting up new printers and resolving printer/computer communication issues. I am in a business where computers are critical to my success.

My technician was proficient, and got my computer back. Had Microsoft not given out the "free" upgrade to Windows 10, everything would have been fine. They do not work together. I'll get a new computer in 2020, until then, My Computer Works will keep my computer running smoothly.

Computer checked out with no problems and I was given instructions about what to do in the event of this situation occurring again so that it could be determined where the origin of the problem was. Technician was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
